I had ordered some lumpia's and some musubi. So disappointed on how the food was packed soggy lumpia's (unappealing) smashed musubi.

Food is ok great for a fast lunch when your downtown. The price is reasonable. The service is ok . The place needs a little TLC .

This a good L&L location. There was no line for ordering and the wait time was reasonable considering it was lunch time on a busy weekday. The garlic shrimp regular $14 was ok. They don't put a bed of cabbage under the shrimps like the other L&L locations do. It didn't have a lot of garlic taste to it but rather they put chopped onions with green onions in with the shrimp. Service was excellent for a counter style restaurant.

Ordered catering for the past two years (2023, 2024). Worked with the manager, Millie. Millie made the ordering process very easy. In 2023, she even delivered the order herself!The food was great for the large group, yet, there were still alot of left overs.Give them at least 3-4 days advanced notice, so they can prepare for your order.We will order from them again next year.

Food was excellent--got the chicken curry. Service was quite poor, hesitant to elaborate when I inquired about the sauce. They don't use real plates, but disposable to-go box. Only a few veggie options--but note that they use the same utensils to prepare all their food.

I come in when I need a fix of home foods. This is not as good as being home .. enough for a quick fix. The service is great , never have to wait too long, it's really a to go location, but they do have a counter and half if you want to enjoy your meal.

I enjoy the chicken katsu, but occasionally the oil they use to fry the katsu is stale. I can taste a slight bitter aftertaste, but when the oil is new, the chicken is great! The loco moco is tasty, but lately, the burger patty is a bit dry--more sauce is needed! Nice spot; I like their musubis too.

The service is really amazing! I have been coming here for almost two months and proportions on the plates are really good! The cashier is always nice, she asked me if I wanted my smoothie sweet, extra sweet or tarty. She always goes out of her way to make sure the customers are satisfied :)

Thank you L&L, specially Millie, for catered food and delivery to our SF office. We had a wonderful holiday luncheon. All the food was delicious and delivered still hot. We ordered trays of steamed rice, steamed veggies, mac salad, chicken and beef bbq. Ordering and communication/follow through process made it easy and less hassle to feed 60 hungry staff.

Terrible service: some employees are super helpful, but others are a complete mess, giving away incorrect orders. Don't order through the app, I don't think they check that at all: I had to wait 20 minutes after it said it would be ready. Not too much space to sit down, takeaway if possible.
