a lovely and intimate spot for dinner and wine. it is such a cute ambience, perfect for a date or catching up with old friends. the mezze platter was a true delight. the walnut pomegranate dip was amazing, and the pickled olives were my favorite. i've never had olives bursting with fruity flavor before. every element was delicious and i wanted to lick the plate clean. the chicken and rice dish was not my favorite. the chicken seems to be pressure cooked so the flesh and bones were overly soft. it came on a huge bed of turmeric rice. my pomegranate natural wine was sweet and tart. i imagine drinking this wine with persephone in the underworld. i would definitely come back here to try the different dishes. the platter was delicious, the atmosphere was cute, and the wine was good too.

Wonderful restaurant with flavorful dishes and a great staff. The interior is lovely with a warm ambiance.Tamara is an awesome addition to this family restaurant, knowing how to make patrons feel comfortable and explain each dish. We were recommended and ordered the following:Rash Mazze Platter which has an amazing array of dips, bread and incredible smoked troutPomegranate and walnut stew with rice (yum!)For dessert: dates and apricots with tahini (so incredibly rich and filling and unexpected, it wasn't overly sweet yet hit the spot for dessert)All flavorful and delicious.A great place, can't wait to come back to try more dishes. Would recommend to make resys, it fills up quickly!

Great place that truly stands out among other Persian restaurants! The food is absolutely delicious--vegetable starters are incredibly tasty and juicy. For the main course, I had the Iranian omelette with trout (not listed on the menu, but you can ask the staff). My friends ordered the kebab and the classic version of the omelette. Everyone was delighted with their choices.Among the desserts, I highly recommend the saffron ice cream. The baklava is a more traditional option, while the dried fruits were a bit too intense for my taste.The wine selection deserves special attention--if you're looking for something unique and lesser-known, this is the place for you. I suggest trying the orange or amber wines from their list.Tip: Ask the team about items not listed on the menu and let them guide you through your meal. Their recommendations make the experience even better!

I haven't had much Iranian food before but I really enjoyed it! This spot has unique flavors, a cute interior, and a short menu. Still many options but I prefer a short menu because they can focus more on quality over quantity. It also makes it easier to pick what to order. The dishes are meant to be shared.I came here to try their sweet and sour chicken stew and it did not disappoint! It was fall off the bone tender with an amazing thick tangy sauce. I haven't had a stew with these flavors before! I would come back for it. We also got the cucumber salad and the eggplant & tomato dip. Both were pretty good too. Also I recommend placing a reservation a few days ahead of time, especially if you have a group of more than 2. I arrived at 7pm on a weekend and this place was busy! They were fully booked but the host said a spot at the bar would it opening in 30mins. The host was really nice and the service was good

date visited: 01.24.2025ordered: mezze platter and pomegranate chicken wings the interior is beautiful with lots of seating. mezze platter dips were all generous and the amount of crackers served was perfect. i really really really liked the pomegranate chicken wings -- cooked perfectly and literally fell off the bone. also, a nice mix of savory but sweet from the pomegranate. i will definitely come back.

Authentic Atmosphere with Delicious FoodEverything was absolutely delicious! The location has a very authentic feel, with traditional music and a well-curated lunch menu.We shared the "La Wildfire Fundraiser" plate, and it was incredible--the mix of meat with plums and berries was a perfect combination. I also had the pomegranate chicken, which came with a rice salad and jam on the side. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and melted in my mouth--absolutely amazing.Service was fast and attentive. I also tried the pomegranate juice, which was pure and unsweetened--highly recommended! For a more authentic experience, I'd also suggest trying the Iranian doogh.For dinner they are using different menu.Overall, a fantastic meal and a great spot for enjoying Iranian flavors!

First time having Iranian food and glad it was here. Wow--Iranian food is delicious. The hands down winner was the chicken that fell off the bone and was perfectly tender. The eggplant dip was amazing --everything actually. FYI no liquor, just beer/wine but also a healthy list of mocktails. I wish we did double doors on the West Coast, or at least drapes, it's cold and the wind gets blown in sitting at the front.

The food was amazing and the service as well. The decor was beautiful. Definitely coming back again!

We came here for lunch . Food was excellent it reminded me of my grand mother's kitchen. The chicken with pomegranate sauce , beef patty, rice , olives , Mirzaie ghasemi, were all SUPERB! Our first time and I know we will be coming back ! Cozy ambiance , very clean ! Service was great as well. The gentleman who was serving us had the best welcoming smile and service. Loved it
