Julie's Hot Dogs

Street food is my addiction and these bacon wrapped hot dogs need to be my next fix. Perfectly crispy loaded with everything please. I MEAN EVERYTHING! Jalapeños, grilled onions, mustard, ketchup, mayo, hot sauce and, oh yeah, more jalapeños! I'm docking this places couple stars because of the "hefty price" of about $4. Other carts offer bacon wrapped hot dogs for around $2.50. This cart does offer other food besides hot dogs which is probably why the price is higher - for the variety.

The guys working here are awesome and when you're hangry and need a little something... this place gets the job done!oh and dirty dogs....nuff said.

When I couldn't find the street vendor who also sold bacon-wrapped hot dogs in the same street, I just went to this vendor to check it out. What shocked me at first was the price ($4). The other one was $3 and the hot dog seemed bigger.Anyway, the hot dogs here were okay. I took a star away because of the hefty price.Would I come back here again? Umm... I'd look for the other vendor first.

I been here a few times.. I love how this places doesn't only sell Hotdogs wrap on bacon but also Chicken Sandwich. Yes the food is pricey but the guy is very clean comparing to the other vendors on the street. That's why I don't mind paying $4 for a hot dog wrap in bacon. He has the city permits with a 100 scored from the City.

If it's anything out of the ordinary that I can't get elsewhere or if it's bacon, it's gonna get in mah bellyyy. Yums ;) Located on the corner of Mission and 20th, in front of T-Mobile, this place sells bacon-wrapped hot dogs (or no bacon if you like..but you'll regret it!), bottled Mexican coke, and chips. Bacon-wrapped hot dogs sound delish, especially if you're drunk (which is why you always see them outside of clubs), but other than that, I think they make a good snack. If you're hoping for something unique and different, the taste/flavor you're looking for isn't what you would be looking for probably. I've only tried bacon-wrapped hot dogs in two other locations (streets of SJ after clubbing & outside Temple Nightclub). I think the best one I've tried was outside Temple Nightclub on Harrison, but maybe cause I was still pretty drunk, haha. The only time you'll ever see me in the Mission is to get my eyebrows threaded at Rani's (http://www.yelp.com/biz/rani-threads-magic-san-francisco). Because I always park within the area, I like to stop by Julie's for a quick bite. One bacon-wrapped isn't enough, so I always grab two! +2 more for the boyfriend if I plan on seeing him that day :) We like to add everything on it but Jalapeno, cause we don't like it to be too spicy (but we've never tried it). The owner here is pretty nice, but I feel like some days you won't see him maybe because another car is parked in his spot or because he just hasn't arrived yet. The last time I came, I came around 1 pm and he wasn't there yet. I came out of my threading at around 2 and I saw Julie's hot dog being set up which was going to take about 10 mins. After the set up, I had to wait another couple minutes for him to prepare my hot dogs. 1 bacon-wrapped hot dog - $3.50.

I had Julie's hot dog at my wedding for a late night snack and people were so happy. They were very professional and on time they set up and were ready to cook fresh bacon wrapped hot dogs at the allocated time. The food was great all the party guest had multiple hot dogs and left happy. I had so many people come and ask me for their number because they wanted them for their future parties. They are reasonably priced and they provided more that advertised best idea to have them at your wedding or event.

Emh! Quick and easy break place when I'm ubering. Always hits the spot. Hardly any parking so I'll just pull up and put in my order. Gone in 60 seconds! Bacon wrapped Hotdog ! Emh! Emh! Emh!
