First time here and this bakery is quick and so yummy. Ordered the injeolmi croissant and matcha drink. They were both great. Shoutout for having oat milk as an alternative for the non dairies. There's tables shared in the plaza, if you'd like to sit down and eat.The inside of the cafe is very casual. They're quick to prepare and make the drinks. 10/10 would recommend.

If there's a line it's worth the wait. We ordered the strawberry wheel and the mochi croissant thing and the two most popular drinks: the iced honeycomb latte and the epspinner (sp). We are not coffee connoisseurs. I know I like mine milky and a little sweet. Twin doesn't like it too sweet. We liked them individually but combined them together and both were fantastic! Would get again! The wheel was a little overdone and I just got some of the flakey buttery crust with the drizzle and was like... there's potential of greatness here. But then I got the bite with the cream filling which splooged everywhere and wow. What a fantastic bite. Crispy BUTTERY flakey sweet creamy. We loved it. The mochi croissant tastes like the mochi egg tart from 85 degrees minus the egg. Delicious! But I'd get the wheel again over this. Location is on the bottom kinda hidden away. I didn't even know they had a bottom area. Would come back. Service was friendly and polite and patient. No seating area inside as there's plenty outside. Cute modern decore.

Amazing desserts. I got the mango panna cotta, banoffee croissant, a black sesame cream puff, and a pear tart. Everything was properly sweetened with great depth of flavor. Service was attentive and friendly. It's a small shop so it's a grab and go, in the middle of Japantown so not much I can evaluate for ambiance.

this is such a cute spot in the Japantown mall! there was a little bit of a wait (there were only two baristas making all of our drinks), but it was well worth it. I got the einspanner, while my friend got the honeycomb latte. While the honeycomb latte certainly looked beautiful, I personally preferred the einspanner for the rich, smooth espresso that perfectly complemented creamy whip. I'll have to try the pastries next time!

Loved the orange foam coffee! The orange was unique, not overpowering and a fun treat. I liked the honeycomb toffee latte- it wasn't too sweet with a mild honey flavor. The honeycomb on top was crunchy, but had a weird aftertaste. The injelomi croissant was overhyped. It was rather dry and the peanut butter flavor was super subtle. The croissant was dense and squished flat with chewy mochi in the center. They only allow 3 people inside the store at a time, hence the long line. I'd come back for the coffee, but would skip on the pastries next time.

It was ok, coffee was a little too sweet. The banana pastry was a bit dense for my taste. I've seen so many videos and I guess It's just not for me.

I love making a stop here any time I'm in the pac heights/fillmore area. My family and I have been coming here ever since they first opened up, and we've tried almost the entire baked goods selection. They are known for their injeolmi croissant (not my personal favorite) as well as their cream puffs which I enjoy, though they are only available Friday throughout the weekend. Their kalbijjim croissant is tasty with a bit of a kick to it, though I wish there was a bigger filling to pastry ratio, since this made their croissants a bit dry for me. Their orange chocolate croissant (not pictured) was my least favorite and I almost forgot I tried it. The banoffee croissant is also good, and I enjoy its different textures, and flavor combinations. Their drinks are pretty tasty and unique as well. This bakery is on the pricier end, though it's definitely worth trying. The service here is fine as well, there is no seating or dine-in since it's mostly just a small walk-in space with a display and reg, though there's baking going on in the back. There were crazy queues when they first opened up, though it's become moderate now. Overall a very nice bakery with Asian-inspired specialty pastries.

Jina bakes is worth the hype! I love their unique selection of Asian baked goodies, and that they don't have an overwhelming variety (you can tell they mastered their specialties). Hojicha cream puff had a lot of delicious filling and the pastry had a crisp texture. The toffee latte had delicious pieces of salted toffee that melted into the drink. My only complaint is that the latte itself is unflavored, making the toffee on top the only addition.

The INJEOLMI CROISSANT! It was everything I wanted it to be and more. This spot always had a long line in the past, but I finally got the chance to come this time and didn't have to wait long at all.I got the injeolmi croissant, which was a flakey croissant with a giant chunk of mochi inside, and generously dusted with soybean powder. The croissant was buttery and had really nice layers, and the mochi was perfection - the texture was dense yet chewy and had just the right amount of sweetness. I really appreciated the giant layer of soybean powder as well as I love the flavor of it!It is quite pricey for what it is, but definitely worth trying.
