The food is pretty good here. This is very casual dining. One thing I didn't like is how loud the kitchen staff and front desk staff are. A lot of yelling going on. Since it is an open kitchen everyone's voices really carry and I thought that detracted from the overall dining experience.A little bit pricey for the place but that seems to be the norm everywhere these days. Sigh.

Good food, way better flavor profile than I expected not sure if it was because I was hungry. fair price considering everything else in the area is so expensive. Plenty of space to sit and it look like a mom and pop shop. The people greeted me right away and served me and quick as possible. My only thing was that I swear they were talking smack in their other language when serving me because they all kept looking over and the lady was saying things in their own language. Aside from that I was there for the food. great food if you don't mind the side chatter and laughter in your face.

Don't feel like cooking? J & J does the trick. Typical Chinese fast food. Big portions. Fresh crunchy veggies...if you go at the right time. However, I wouldnt go on a weekend. That's when the turnover is much slower and the dishes sit for far too long, serving as incubators for food poisoning. I learned that the hard way

Food was pretty good, chicken katsu had a good crunch to it without being dry. The staff was nice, it gets a little busy around 11am, but otherwise it's pretty quiet inside.

Lots of parking located right next to a 7-11, across the street from the Train Station so you get to have some good food & watch to see the train go by & make some noise, of course depending on the time of day, People Watch.Walked in ready to order BUT bathroom 1st cause we did drive from SJ, asked for the code while some one we went with ordered, the women ignored my question, then I got a little louder, What's The Code? she says...order 1st, I said NO I need to go to the bathroom, code please? then JEEZ!!! it's not that serious, anyways Poly People typea establishment, great servings & a tons of flavor in all the different dishes they offer. Pricing is great for what your getting (worth it) I will never drive that far just to get the food but, if I'm ever in town & feeling Chinese or Hawaiian kinda foods, why not?

Busy atmosphere when I arrived. I didn't mind though. It was lunch time around noon. Lots of workers from elsewhere and school teenagers were here for their lunch break. While waiting for my meal, I got a glimpse of the ready-to-go food at the counters (think similar to the food line at Panda Express). Some of them looked soggy and unappetizing, so I decided to get something that HAD to be freshly cooked.I ordered the featured items I saw pictures of on the wall: Spam Saimin (ramen) & the Spam Musubi. The Spam Saimin was really simple, but I enjoyed it. It contains egg noodles, thick slices of spam, and chives. All 3 ingredients served in salty-but-good-tasting broth. The Spam Musubi also had a thick slice of spam. Both items cost $12 total. Not bad.I would come back for both. Worth the price I paid.

$20 for a big tray of noodles or fried rice. I'm in. No one leaves hungry. Great place for those on a budget! My Hawaiian friend says this place is better than LNL and I agree! It not only has Hawaiian BBQ plate lunch, it also has Chinese classics: orange chicken, Peking ribs, stir fried eggplant, etc etc. I just wouldn't eat in the restaurant itself. There is a bathroom in case you are wondering, but I would definitely order to-go!I also highly suggest them for catering/party orders! Very reasonably priced!

I LITERALLY LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH, I CAN'T EVEN GATEKEEP IT.It's affordable, quick, and honestly so delicious. A guilty pleasure for sure.I always get the pad see ew/white rice with the orange chicken and five flavor chicken. I'll definitely try their other entrees in the future, but right now, I'm too obsessed to switch things up.The workers are usually pretty nice and the place itself is a bit shabby, but honestly, I can't say I expected much better.Overall, love this place!!

THIS PLACE IS A MUST GO.Located just near the train station at Menlo Park, this place is just too good not to go.The food is amazing. It offers a decent selection of either Hawaiian meals OR (panda-express styled) Chinese food, and has decent portions! The food is freshly cooked and compared to Panda Express, offers way more options and bigger portions for CHEAPER THE PRICE. In the Hawaiian meal includes macaroni salad and vegetablesIt's one of those hole in the wall restaurants that have the door leaned on a paint bucket but that also means they'll have $2.50 musubi (pic 2) that are pretty deliciousThis isn't the 5 star restaurant with fine dining as the place is built more for takeouts but there are plenty of tables and chairs.Service is good, it looks like it's ran as a family restaurant, but only friendly vibes. Not much to say because there are not really that many flaws. Will go every time I pass by Menlo Park.
