5 onos out of 5...It's Presidents' Day, so not much was open... Decided to stroll and check out the food court. What a surprise! My first staff, I believe owners, were amazingly cheerful, friendly, and helpful. They were patient with me and I ordered the exact item. I will certainly come back here as long as this food court remains open.

As a pinoy myself, I had to show support and try the new spot. Had the izzy burger and woah its gooood! I love that theres loads of flavor and the fries were seasoned well and crunchy. Service was very good as it came out pretty quick. The actual spot in the westfield mall is very visible so people wont have a hard time finding it. MUST TRY! A+++ on the burger. Gonna try their breakfast longalog next time

My boyfriend and I stopped by here because he wanted to try their Filipino burger. This place is inside SF Central/ Westfield (for the OG's) food court. We got the Izzy Truff Smash Burger as well as an order of lumpia. We also decided to toast? the cheese. I found the burger to be too greasy unfortunately. I'm not sure what made it Filipino exactly, I'm assuming the banana ketchup but it honestly tasted just like a regular burger with some sweetness added. The lumpia was also just ok, nothing to write home about. I would probably not come back here for that particular burger but maybe open to trying whatever else they have on the menu. The food court was overall clean, a bit empty sadly since I remember how poppin' this place used to be :(

This place is the new restaurant since the owners moved out of the Sony Metreon a while back. Nice decorations and it was featured my eater. There's a kiosk for ordering on a touch screen. The wait was super long but worth it. I was starving the whole day, but had the most delicious chicken sandwich with tamarind flavored sauce (Tamarind hot chicken sando). Yum! The fried were so-so. I had to ask for ketchup which they gave just about enough. The staff asked to open the Jaritos orange drink, they should have opened the hand more, I tried to get and cut my hand on accident. Would have been good if they open it all the way or put it in a cup or not opened it at all. I would come here again to try other dishes. A bit pricey but worth supporting a Filipino American owned business, they just need to speed up the service a bit.

Izzy & wooks location changed to the food court inside the mall. With almost all the same selection you can't beat their unique asian American fusion flavors! I tried their new mango graham milkshake and was impressed with the sweetness and slight crunch the graham crackers added to the milkshake. I came on a weekend and service seemed fine! I would say it did feel a little longer to get your food however it's because they make it for you right then and there while most other traditional food stalls have it already to order. Plenty of seating in the mall. It's a self order tablets (2) and you can either scan your QR code and receive text message alerts when food is ready.

One of THE best smashed burgers I've ever had! The meat was cooked to perfection and the condiments were so fresh. It took a while for the food to come out, likely a good sign that all food is made to order, but it would be nice if they were able to serve food a big faster. Definitely recommend Izzy & Wooks if you're in the San Francisco Emporium food court.

They have started coming to the Stonestown Farmer's Market, and I enjoyed the Ultimate Egg and Bacon sandwich. Everything about it was great. The eggs were silky and somehow stayed together well in a sandwich. The pork belly is incredible. Even the kimchi comeback sauce adds a nice twist and kick. Any other breakfast sandwich has a hard time competing at this point.

I believe this place recently moved locations to the mall. My boyfriend and I recently shared the Izzy Trust Smash Burger here and ordered it 'Manny's Way,' which came with an amazing cheese skirt that added a crispy, savory touch to the burger. The patty was juicy and packed with flavor, and the cheese skirt really made it feel like a unique experience. It's fantastic to see this local spot doing so well--there's a lot of pride in seeing flavors like this represented and thriving in the community!

Chef Manny makes a bomb chicken sandwich! Perfect texture and flavors. It's the Fil-Am competition to a Popeyes chicken sando. Their lumpia was also crispy and flavorful. Ambiance is fast casual. Definitely a place to visit when you need your Filipino fix in a pinch. Service was super quick.
