The food was okay but I knocked down 1 star for service. It is definitely very loud in here and the place echos but it is big group friendly.Food wise they had 2 different options where you can get unlimited drinks and supreme meat which is what my friends and I went for. It was your typical hot pot place but nothing too amazing.I knocked off a star bc although the place was not busy, our orders were not put in and we had to do it again. My friend ordered a dessert and it didn't get served until we were getting up to leave.

We stopped in at lunch time and were immediately sat. This is very industrial looking and some big tables for parties of six along with four tops. Service was quick but not very attentive. This is a combination order at the table but go and obtain the ingredients from the buffet like bar. The ingredients were plentiful and tasty. AYCE for sure and we were all pleased with the selections. We went for the basic and were happy to not added on extra drinks and things. We focused on the meats and vegetables. Next time we will skip the rice noodles though. I would suggest this place as the hot pot was great! My favorite broth was the Tom yum one though. It had so much flavor.

Came here at 10:30PM for the late night special of all you can eat! The interior of the place is very casual and I believe it has 3 floors, I was sitting on the first. The waiters were very kind and helpful when choosing the broth and other items. My partner and I chose tomato soup and Tom yum and both flavors were good! Not too overwhelming. The vegetables and noodles are in a fridge on the side but they do not restock too often so we had to ask for the items we wanted. The meat was good quality and not frozen like some other places. Would come back sometime in the future!

Oo, I really enjoyed this place. I stopped by one day and saw their late night / midnight deal. Seemed like a great time to try on a Friday night, so we stopped by. Got their tomato and tom yum soup bases. They have a pretty extensive selection of veggies and noodles in the fridge that you can grab on your own. Then on the touch screen, you can order meats, small snacks, and other things. The staff was also incredibly accommodating as a vegetarian, but one thing to note is that when they refill your soup, make sure you let them know to give you the vegetarian version. I'd love to come again.

Best (maybe only?) traditional Chinese hotpot in Chinatown/FiDi. It's AYCE and the lamb is amazing. They also have a fantastic sauce bar. I come here all the time for lunch and never need a reservation. They provide bibs upon request! Well ventilated.

Love the variety you get for $38.99/person AYCE (pre-tax)!! They have a huge assortment of meats, seafood, veggies, and other hot pot staples. For $38.99/person, you can order 1 ferris wheel and 1 beef plate (comes in the gold bull) for the table - would highly recommend starting with that and some other toppings, and then adding more after that. Super easy to place orders with the iPad they provide :) We did individual pots, but they also have shared pot options. I opted for the spicy soup in medium, but I think I could've increased the spice level! The rest of my table preferred my spicy broth to their chicken broth as well. They also have a phenomenal sauce bar included in the price, with some nice side dishes as well while you wait for your soup base to arrive. Will definitely be back here and will make a reservation first! They fill up quickly.

This was my first time here and the restaurant was smaller than I had expected. I was drawn to the meat ferris wheel and the cute panda decor. We requested a table for 7 people but all the tables were small so we had to squeeze 7 people into one table with a single pot. Fortunately the staff were friendly and they did their best to accommodate us. The restaurant offer AYCE options including drinks. We ordered spicy Sichuan and tom yum broths, but both were very salty and Sichuan was not spicy at all. We placed our orders on a tablet but could only order a certain amount of items at a time and there was a 15 timer until we could place the next order. There were a variety of meats, vegetables, and other hot pot ingredients. They also had an open sauce bar with side dishes like edamame, seaweed salad, chicken feet, oranges, and more. Overall, the price was reasonable for AYCE, but some of the meat selections were just okay and broth flavors could have been better.

Came here with a group of 9 and we got seated at two different tables. Each table had one giant pot to split. Good: - You can choose 2 soups that you want - I loved the tomato soup base since it was nice and savory but not too salty - I liked how much variety there was in the AYCE options - the Ferris wheel of course is the most famous thing here - The appetizers were pretty great - there were glass noodles and tons of sauces- The mango coconut dessert was delicious! - Nice and private back area for groups Bad: - Overall more expensive, about $45pp after taxes Overall a really fun group activity!

It's okay. Hot pot is generally not my thing, but I did appreciate how this and other hot places have modernized the whole experience. The hot pot is situated level with the table so you don't have to lean over a steaming pot the whole time. I don't like having to pay extra for the "sauce buffet" but I think Hai Di Lao also charges for sauce. The shrimp/rice crackers were super stale. I didn't like the meatballs. The tiger prawns are a lot of work to peel if you don't eat the shell. The spicy beef for the hot pot had way too much dried chilis on it. The popcorn chicken is very basic. We got the Sichuan and Thai soup bases between the two of us, which helped give the food some extra taste and variety. There was a party of 6-8 guys who were having a great time and they all shared one big pot. They also ordered the ferris wheel thing which looked cool. Then there was another table near us, some white guy and his gf. The guy had a blatant racist tattoo which made me uncomfortable. I don't get how he can think it's okay to be racist yet enjoy another culture's food and hospitality like what?

Me and a few friends visited this resturant on sunday at 11:30 AM and got seated really quickly but as we orded our food and started eating we realized that some food that we ordered never came and other people got their meals first when we were there first and ordered before them. Towards the end of our meal we finally got the shrimp and octopus that we ordered but were still missing the two bowls of rice and our second plate of muscles that we ordered. Not only that but we also found a piece of hair in one of our meats that werent ours
