Visited the Hard Rock Cafe during San Francisco Fleet Week, and despite the bustling foot traffic at Pier 39, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away. We arrived around 1pm on a Saturday, expecting it to be packed, but it wasn't.I ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich with onion rings, and it was delicious--crispy and well-prepared. My friends got the ribs and an order of shrimp and chicken sliders as an appetizer. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the food was up to the mark. I also had a margarita, which was pretty average but no real complaints there. The service was friendly and accommodating. Originally, there weren't any sports on the TVs, but when I asked the waiter if he could put on ESPN, he made it happen later, which was appreciated. The atmosphere was lively with a great vibe, though the background music was a bit too loud at times. Overall, a solid spot for good food and a fun atmosphere, especially during a busy weekend like Fleet Week!

Food was good - my daughter order steak it had lots of fatty portions to me, but she said flavor was "on point". My son ordered off kids menu so he could get the Messi ball (you have to get with cashier in the front of store to get ball). Two small chicken strips- but it's kid menu and he said it was crispy and good. I order the Messi chicken sandwich and it was good- no complaints. Ordered buffalo chicken wings as appetizers - got picky eater so our server made suggestions to put baffalo sauce on side with blue cheese - good suggestion and it was delicious. We did make reservations. It's just safer. We would have had a 30 minute wait which actually not bad for Saturday. They did have a big reservation of 30 people after us and they seemed to have that under control. We did our reservations on open table.

We came here on Christmas to have an early dinner. Service was a little slow do to the fact like everyone else we came here on that day so I was ok. Food was good as we're the drinks. The only reason for the 4 stars is because they didn't have new castle beer even though it was on the menu. I ask why and they said since covid they haven't had it. Don't you think it's a good idea to take it off the menu after 4 years??? I was so unhappy because it's hard to find a restaurant that serves it. So please update your menu and take it off.

The staff was super nice. This is our first time coming here. We came for my daughter's birthday lunch. All the food was good except for my flatbread it was a little too salty. Ambience is good I like looking at all of the cool rock and music and iconic things on the wall. We got sat fast they sing, happy birthday to my kid, and they were taking complementary pictures to make into a postcard and send it to your house. Definitely will come back again.

UNITY MEMBER: EAT INSTEAD OF BET TO EARN POINTSAs a Caesars Rewards member within every six months I try to maintain and add reward credits by betting, lodging, and eating at places part of the Caesars Rewards umbrella. I enrolled in the Unity Rewards last August at The Mirage in Las Vegas where I used my membership to eat and gamble. The last time I used my Unity Rewards was December 30 when I went to the Hard Rock Casino & Hotel - Sacramento. As my Unity Rewards points were going to be reset to zero if I didn't use my Unity membership soon, I planned to go to Hard Rock Casino & Hotel - Sacramento during Memorial Day Weekend. However I didn't want to lose $300 on the slots just to maintain and add my Unity Rewards points. I decided to go to a Hard Rock Cafe to maintain my Unity Rewards points.I came to Hard Rock Cafe last Thursday for lunch. Even though this Hard Rock Cafe is located at Pier 39 this location is a 15-minute Muni Bus ride away from my work. Prior to coming here I knew I was going to order the spicy shrimp from the starters section of the menu. For the entree I was thinking about getting a steak cobb salad however the spicy shrimp dish also included coleslaw. I thought about getting a steak burger. I looked at the Messi Menu and asked my server if he would recommend the burger or chicken sandwich. He replied, "Messi Burger."One thing I liked about the spicy shrimp is the lightly breading, which was crispy. The sauce wasn't heavy to make the breading soggy. The spicy shrimp was better than most walnut prawns I order from Chinese restaurants. What makes the Messi Burger unique is the caramelized onions that adds a sweetness component to the savory patty. You don't want a burger taste as every burger you had before. I think the chorizo adds another flavor to the Messi Burger. The combination of the chorizo and caramelized onions create their own sauce. Despite enjoying my Messi Burger I rated this place a 3-star rating because the starter tasted better than an entree.Do I see myself going to Hard Rock Cafe anytime soon? No but if I do not go to a Unity casino such as Hard Rock Casino within the next six months I'll come back to Hard Rock Cafe at Pier 39 in order to maintain my Unity Rewards points.

Visited San Fran for the first time and made reservations at the Hard Rock Cafe Now I have been at the Hard Rock in Miami so I knew I would enjoy it. They did not disappoint. We had a large group with us and the servers were excellent the atmosphere was amazing and the food was so delicious. If you were thinking about going to the cafe and had doubts about it, Don't best experience ever. They were even kind of us to take some pictures of the group for us so enjoyable.

Honestly, I always wanted to try Hard Rock Cafe and I finally had the opportunity with my fiancé. Highly disappointed. Overpriced dishes for small servings. My fiancé ordered the fajita duo and it came out with the tiniest chicken breast and the smallest steak they could find. I ordered the mac and cheese which was not as appetizing as the photo. The cheese tasted awful and chicken was dry. the ambiance is nice but this is not a good place to get food. Service was okay, our waitress just got a bit too comfortable with us, sometimes people enjoy personal space.
