My first time at the Gott's Roadside location in Thrive City this past weekend. It was super packed for nba all star weekend happening at the Chase Center, but the line to order at the restaurant moved quickly with efficient service at the register, friendly staff all smiles at the pickup counter, and just a 20-minute wait for my food. Not bad, considering how busy it was on Saturday. The place was loud and bustling, with customers cleaning off tables for themselves in order to secure seating, both indoors and outside. I was lucky to find seating that opened up at one of the community tables inside, so things worked out.Got the fearless frank with grilled onions (you can add multiple toppings and condiments at no extra cost), and the caramelized onions were sliced super thin, the hot dog plump and juicy, the bun grilled on the outside, it was delish! The mozzarella sticks I ordered were made fresh, with yummy melted cheese inside and parmesan and seasoning sprinkled on top. I was pleased with my meal.

I got the kimchi burger, garlic fries and an Arnold Palmer for ~$26. Honestly pretty good price for a whole meal and taking into account SF prices and its location. The only thing was the Arnold Palmer wasn't that flavorful. The kimchi burger and garlic fries were AMAZING. Could really taste the char in the burger and the egg was runny. Every fry in the garlic fries had garlic and was seasoned to perfection.

Looks Can Be Deceiving Tried this place for the first (and last) time, and I'm honestly so disappointed. The location is chef's kiss--super convenient since my boyfriend lives right across. But the food? Not it. Chicken Tenders:Visually, they were perfect--golden, crispy, and juicy. But flavor? Nonexistent. Not even a sprinkle of salt. I had to drown them in ranch just to taste something. If their whole thing is relying on sauce for flavor (like Raising Cane's), they need to rethink that strategy because this was the most flavorless chicken I've ever had. And trust me, I've had a lot of tenders. Garlic Fries:A solid 6/10. They weren't bad, just very meh. For the price, I expected better. They looked more flavorful than they actually were, which is kinda the theme of this place. Price vs. Quality:Not worth it. Everything looks amazing, but the taste doesn't match up. If I'm paying this much, I need my food to hit.Wish I liked it because the convenience factor was 10/10, but unfortunately, I won't be back.

Very cool to have a Gott's right next to the Chase Center, as this was always a must-visit eatery when visiting Napa! Came here with a group of 4 before a Warriors game and it did not disappoint. We arrived ~45 minutes before game start and made it to the game right at tipoff. Seating was packed but it literally took 5 minutes for us to see a people leaving for us to sit. Food took ~20 minutes after ordering which was fine as it gave us time to chat while drinking our first round. Service was friendly and food was fresh! Double Cheese Burger - 5/5 - Patties were thick, fresh, and juicy. All the fixings were also fresh, giving me the classic taste of what I expect from a burger. I didn't need a double, as it was so filling, but I'm not complaining! Cheese fries - 4/5 - serving is generous and the cheese sauce had a great savory and sharplike cheddar cheese flavor. Fries were a solid 3/5 but the sauce really added the flavor. Fries were standard - not bad but not amazing. Chili cheese dog - 5/5 - Wow! For something so simple, this was amazing. The dog itself reminded me of a beefier Costco chili dog. The chili tasted homemade. The cheese was shredded and just enough. The bread was an awesome soft, yet toasted sliced bread - reminded me of a brioche. If you're a hot dog lover - get this. Bacon Cheeseburger - 3.5/5 - my partner ordered this and said it was better than average, but not memorable. Onion Rings - 4/5 - crispy & beer battered, real onions. This was also a hit. Fried Brussel Sprouts - 3/5 - the charred-ness of the sprouts were a nice touch, as it complimented the bitterness of the sprouts. I didn't like how greasy it still felt, with most pieces being wet from the oil. Sauces - ranch hand a green tinge and tasted like a cilantro ranch. The jalapeño mayo the sprouts came with tasted almost like a garlic aioli. Top tier sauces!

Been going here since my son started his job here at the Warriors!! I love how Gott's have specialty items each month! They have the Dungenous Crab sandwich right now, I would go for it and try it!!I love their Garlic Fries! And their Cheeseburgers with the secret sauce is so good!! They have so many different varieties to choose from, and don't forget their shakes!! Street parking but there's nearby parking garages across from Gott's if you happen to drop by here before or after the game, they got you! Multiple seating inside and out- good view if you are watching outside on the JumboTron. We will be back!

Friendly and fast service! We dropped in after getting early Sabrina Carpenter merch and found it to be pleasantly humming with activity even around 3PM. The ordering line was pretty fast so we were able to seat ourselves while we waited for our food. Our quartet got a little bit from every part of the menu to try - a couple of burgers, a sandwich, soup, a variety of appetizers and a shake. All of our food was solid, but I think Gott's shines most with "traditional" options (e.g., the garlic fries far outshine the jalapeno cheese fries), and tended to be a little less exciting when it came to the boldness of more "experimental" flavors. All in all, a really well priced and yummy option right in front of a major event venue - you can't beat that!

Came here with my friend before going to Chase Center. I've been to the Palo Alto location so I was already aware that they do fast food very well!! Whether it's worth the price tag is up to you, but I'm already used to shelling out Bay Area prices to eat out. I ordered a regular hamburger and my friend ordered the Wisconsin burger. We split a small vanilla/chocolate swirl soft serve cup and order of fries. Their pumpkin shake is really really good but I didn't want to go into a food coma before our concert. It's very thick and may require you to use a spoon to taste. Pretty good experience, the ketchup here is really yummy and the fries are perfectly salted/like McDonald's ones but better (if that's a good way to describe it LOL).

Gott's next to the chase center is a decent spot to grab a quick bite and they have a lot of different drinks on their menu for pregaming. The kimchi burger was okay, very greasy and the burger patties were dry. The garlic fries were good. It can get packed in there so if you are in a group make sure someone finds a spot to sit while someone else orders. The bathrooms are gender neutral so lines can get long.
