Pizza and wings were delicious and delivery driver was kind and gave extra plates and condiments.

This place is a great place to get a quick bite with a group or alone!I came on a Tuesday night for dinner with a friend and it was still crowded around 7:30pm. There were people eating inside and lots of people getting their orders to go.We ordered the 20 piece family meal which comes with 20 wings, veggies, 2 sauces, and either fries/garlic noodles. We ordered the dragon, lemon pepper, and teriyaki flavors. Dragon tasted like soy garlic. The lemon pepper was very good and teriyaki was teriyaki.My favorite was dragon flavor. The garlic noodles were very good and we also spent extra to get a side of fries. The veggies were carrots and celery. They didn't have their own sauce, but I used my wing sauce for it.I liked the flavor and by the time we finished we were so full. They had a large portion and the wings were decent size. Will definitely be back!

I'm a bit selective when it comes to my wings. I like them to be saucy, but not wet because the wings end up being soggy. But not Fire Wings' wings. I ordered the Saigon wings and the Dragon wings. It's perfectly flavored - umami, spicy, and spicy! Not to mention, the wings were still slightly crispy. I also ordered the chili cheese fries. My first time trying it ever and I actually liked it. The fries were coated and still crispy. Fire Wings is definitely worth trying (again and again).

If you're in downtown San Mateo, you're spoiled with food options, but we decided on Fire Wings for something casual and quick.For the two of us, we ordered the 20 Pack to share. I was drawn to the Malaysian Curry Rub wings. I'm usually a fan of dry rubs over saucy wings, and this one didn't disappoint - it was packed with flavor and paired well with both the blue cheese and ranch dips.The service was fast, and the restaurant has plenty of seating with TVs showing various sports, making it a great spot to relax for a quick bite. If you're in the area and craving wings, Fire Wings is a solid choice!

I think it's better than WingStop. The wings are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside; and are a good size. This includes the boneless wings! I really liked how they used shredded parmesan instead of the powder. My favorite was the garlic noodles. The noodles were nice and chewy and had the perfect amount of fresh garlic. I def recommend!

I ordered Fire Wings through Doordash because I'm lazy and financially irresponsible so I only can rate the food and nothing else. I was craving wings and ordered from their San Mateo location that is in downtown. What I ordered for my friend and I: - Large Garlic Noodles- 20 Piece Wings (Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parm, and Dragon Wings)- Seasoned Fried for the SideI would say what I didn't love personally was the garlic noodles because you couldn't really taste the noodles so they were more like cheese noodles.The wings do hit though. Especially the dragon flavor. What is dragon flavor? I couldn't tell you, but it's good and has a nice sweet tangy flavor to it. The wings are also pretty crispy still despite being delivered. The only flavor I was a bit down on was the garlic parm which is for the same reason as the garlic noodles which is a big lack of garlic flavor so it was like eating cheese wings. They load them up with parm though. The lemon pepper also was great and they definitely have more lemon flavor than some other spots, but it wasn't overpowering.The seasoned fries were seasoned to perfection and good enough on their own to the point where you don't even need to dip them in anything, but they are amazing with ranch. I got introduced to Fire Wings recently and I enjoyed it a lot. I would order from here again.

I've been to their locations in Vallejo, Fairfield, and Sac and I was craving some wings so here I am.I came in and ordered the 8 wings combo with rice substitute inside of fries. The two flavors I picked were salt and pepper and Thai chili. The food was solid. The service here was okay. Nothing too crazy. The inside of this restaurant has about 7 tables. Sometimes the parking can be difficult depending the time of the day.All in all a solid wing place to go to. Try it out if you like. :)

Located in Down Town San Mateo near other surrounding businesses. My group ordered Fire Wings and then headed to a neighboring boba shop to complete our meal. I ordered the 10 piece wing in the flavors Korean Kick and Dragon. The food came out rather quickly (less than 10 minutes) but on busier days, such as the weekends food tends to take longer. The wings were crispy and the dragon was my favorite. It's sweet and salty with the perfect kick. The Korean Kick reminds me of the Korean Q at Wingstop. The wings were good and I recommend giving these flavors a try.

Located in San Mateo Downtown, parking is plentiful but at times may be difficult to find. There's both indoor and outdoor seating.10 wing combo with Garlic Parmesan and Dragon (4/5): The meat was flavorful and tender. The fries were absolutely amazing. They were flavorful and so crispy. I did wish the food was hotter though. I thoroughly enjoyed the wings as they slid off the bone easily.Tap to pay is accepted. The food is delicious and the service is good. San Mateo Downtown is also very nice as the roads are closed off which makes it feel quite spacious.

I've been to Fire Wings a couple times and never realized they had chicken sandwiches. Had the opportunity to try the Nashville super hot fire recently and was blown away! Deep flavor soaked into the chicken with a fiery heat to seal the deal -- just make sure your stomach is up to the challenge. These are just as good, if not better, than their well known wings.The servers were attentive and accommodated all our modifications. Only concern is how they pour beer because it hurts me to see so much spillage and re-pours!
