I last reviewed Enjoy in 2016. Recently my beloved and I went here for dinner. Friendly service. Simple ambiance. We ordered family style getting the Veggie Deluxe Chow Mein Noodles which came with ample portion with plenty of veggies. We had steamed dumplings for our starter which were very tasty with a simple dipping sauce. We also got an order of crispy tofu with salt and chili peppers that was delicious. All in all an enjoyable meal. We will be back!

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I am allergic to garlic, and they don't use garlic nor onion, which means I can choose anything I want. And every single thing here is wonderful! Super nice people, intimate and casual dining, delicious food no matter what you get. Their imitation meats are delicious.

Unfortunately, our most recent experience dining here didn't live up to the expectations after seeing the positive reviews for this restaurant. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of dishes, but the overall flavor was lacking. The mock meat was well-cooked but had an unappetizing texture and failed to blend well with any of the dishes we ordered: orange chicken, sea-bass and eggplant, kp chicken. The vegetables appeared fresh, so I would recommend sticking to those if you decide to visit, but overall it's overpriced for the quality and flavor of the food. Ambiance is average. Relatively clean with ample seating inside. A bit loud because the restaurant is small you can easily overhear conversations on other tables.Service was another area where they fell short. The staff seemed rushed, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. They quickly took our order without much interaction, and the tea was placed on our table without asking if we wanted any, followed by an unexpected charge for it. This felt a bit too pushy and unnecessary. The biggest issue came when we received our check. After paying, the staff returned a check that had clearly been charged to another table, and our credit card had been taken but not returned. It was an honest mistake, I'm sure, but it left a bad impression, especially given that the restaurant wasn't busy.In summary, while the concept of a vegan Chinese restaurant with mock meat is appealing, the lack of flavor, rushed service, and small but significant oversights made the experience far from enjoyable. It's unlikely we will be returning unless there are improvements in both the food and the service.

Spacious & Clean is the first impression I get when I walked in. I also confirmed this while using their clean restrooms. The menu is vast so it took us a while to choose. I was surprised that the popular items didn't strike a chord with me, but we did enjoy all but 2 items(Basil Soy Chicken & Spinach Pine Nut Fried Rice).Orders:#15 Veggie Duck $9.99- was dry, but flavorful. So this is the 1 dish I would omit next time. #38 Stir Fried Beans Soy Beef $16.99 the string beans were well stir-fried & flavorful. The texture of the vegan beef was ok, but not as enticing as the chicken. #48 Basil Chicken $17.99 a fried vegan chicken so crispy I wouldn't have even known it was meatless & the fragrant basil elevated the dish. An item I would re-order when I return.#87 Spinach Pine Nuts Fried Rice $18.99 despite being the most expensive dish without any vegan meat, I absolutely loved it. Because pine nuts can be expensive that is why this dish was $18.99Hot Tea $1 per personA great find in the City for Vegan Food.

I ordered takeout from Enjoy, and I loved it: It was just what I needed after a long drive. I would highly recommend the combination platter, which comes with a variety of different proteins mimicking Hong Kong barbecue meats. Get the large-- It's a good deal! Some of the other stuff on the menu seemed a bit overpriced, but this was excellent. Also really enjoyed the coconut dish, which had a lot of taro, pumpkin, and soy protein packed in. Again, very delicious (and packed really well, to avoid spilling during the travel to my hotel).

Nice vegetarian spot in SF's Chinatown. Stopped by during Chinese new year festival and it came in clutch. It was crazy crowded so I ordered takeout. I ordered the crispy 'chicken,' twice cooked 'pork' and Singapore noodles. All were good and I would return to try other items.

Worked from the office a couple of months ago to grab lunch at Sam Wo before it closed, as the owner was retiring. Sam Wo was crowded and had a long line, so I walked over to Enjoy that was recommended by a health conscious colleague. I had the vegetarian braised spareribs with vegetables with a bowl of brown rice. The dish captured the flavor of the carnivore version of the dish, which inspired it with faux meat, made with a soy- based protein but not on par Beyond or Impossible meat. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it and would come back.

You won't miss eating meat here. Their soy-based meatballs and chicken strips are very tasty. There were quite a few dishes I want to try, and they all look so delicious and look like real meat dishes. String beans with faux chicken strips, taro and pumpkin faux lamb balls, broccoli with faux spare ribs, combination fried rice, and assorted appetizer were my sampler dishes. I was not disappointed. They seem to have quite a few take out and uber eat or equivalent drivers came pick up take-out. Online or phone order is convenient for busy professionals. The restaurant has Traditional Chinese decor, and the in-room dining service was not as attentive as other type of restaurants. You will need to flag them down and tell what you need.Overall a delicious meal, but don't expect any attentive server for an experience.

Located in China Town. The restaurant has good ambience, and seems to be popular as there are 4 parties on a Saturday lunch time. The food was tasty, okay service, but over charged rice.
