We ordered from Dumpling Kitchen - Factory via UberEats, and they had an amazing deal--buy one potsticker, get the other free! Naturally, we couldn't resist and got four orders: Chicken and Corn, Chives and Fish - Double Orders. The potstickers were fantastic--crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. Such a steal for the price! The pork belly burger was another highlight--absolutely delicious with tender, flavorful meat in every bite. The red bean bao was also a winner--soft, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness. However, the Sichuan noodles were a bit of a letdown; they lacked the punchy, bold flavors we were hoping for.Overall, Dumpling Kitchen - Factory has some real gems on the menu and fantastic deals. We'll definitely be back to try more of their offerings (and to stock up on those potstickers again)!

I heard that Dumpling Kitchen's Chinese Pork Belly Burger was really good, so I had to go see for myself. I ordered 2 orders togo on a quiet Sunday evening (each order comes with 2; about $20 total before tip). I was the only person in the store and it took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. They packaged each of them separately and had them ready in a bag. The burgers are more like Chinese buns (mantou) with pork belly, sauce, and cilantro. Everything went very well together and tasted good because of how fresh the ingredients were. The bun wasn't soggy, even after my drive home. It was nice and fluffy and absorbed the juices really well. I would definitely come back and try their dumplings next time.

Dumpling Kitchen takes over space where many dumplings' distributors have been before. D.K. has an expanded menu and 4 tables inside for dining.offerings: specialty dumplings & dim sum, appetizers, noodles, rice combos, frozen dumplings & Dim sum, drinks.eats: shangai-style pork dumpling (XLB, 6 piece-6.55)-nice looking wraps, had fair amount of juice, fillings. -no ginger slices nor red vinegar dipping sauce provided. didn't miss it.-had a slightly heavy msg aftertaste.beijing styled steamed braised pork bao (3/6.95)-large bun with nice soft texture wrapping-meat had slight unami flavoring. -also had a slightly heavy msg aftertaste*wouldn't repeat re the msg...prep time 10-15 minutes. wonder how cashier was able to tell what's in bag when no labels were attached-must be the see thru plastic containers.

So they use to be Sui Mai Factory, then they were Pan Kee foods, and now Dumpling Kitchen!... For now anyways hahahaAnywho, I don't know if it was a name change or a change in ownership but they're the sister restaurant to the Dumpling Kitchen in the city in the Sunset. The one frequented by Ali Wong. I don't care about that. The only thing that mattered to me is that they didn't get rid of their frozen custard baos. And they didn't! Looks like they still have all the frozen foods from their Pan Kee - Sui Mai days, now with hot foods ready for takeout or delivery through Grubhub. We got the sui mais and their custard baos as usual. They have a large assortment of dumplings but I've found the skin is too thick for my preference. And while they have more meat, they lack flavor compared to my normal dumpling joint. The custard baos and sui mais are better buys imo.Moving on. For hot foods, we got D5: Taiwan braised beef over rice. I thought it lacked beef as it's heavy on rice, pickled veggies and steamed broccoli, but it all has good flavor. They also recommended A24: Xi'an pork belly rougamo. Basically fried pork belly sando. It comes with two so we got one spicy and one not spicy... But there was zero heat to the spicy one so if you like it hot, ask for extra spicy? Overall, I'm excited to try more of their hot food options. And they offer 10% off to your first online order. You know I like a deal.

Does not offer dine in even though it's advertised. Sold dumpling to a couple in front of me and then said they don't open until 11:30a when they say 10:30. We got there at 11a. Then also told me he doesn't speak English after talking English with him. Super disappointed in the customer service. Definitely would not recommend.

Disclaimer this isn't a dine in spot, so my photos are from my vehicle. Now that, that is out of the way. The food was pretty good. The portions where better than I expected. The lady was friendly and even informed me of the sweetness of one of the items i choose. Which I personally appreciated. I greatly enjoyed all 3 dishes that I ordered. Granted due to the portions, I was unable to finish any of them. But rest assured dinner is covered tonight. Star of the show was the pork belly burger.

This place has gone downhill since its stopped being Pankee. Today thinking to give it another try, we wait 15-20 min only to be told the kitchen (like two steps away) never got the order. Flash forward another 15 minutes before getting anything with no comps or anything other than a lukewarm apology. Will update again after eating, but don't expect it to go up unless the food has drastically improved.Edited: Added a star since the quality of the ingredients have gotten better since the last time we visited and the onion pancakes are a steal at 6.95 for a set of 2!

I have to say it is pretty much lunch counter ambience but the service was fine. The food is the real reason to go here. The shumai were maybe the best in the Bay Area, The chicken and corn were also excellent. The soup dumplings were quite good as well. This place is a solid recommend
