We just moved to the neighborhood and let me tell you how excited I am to have a good dim sum spot near me!!We got a lot of different items to try and they were all a hit. Most notable were the congee and egg tart but everything else was really good too! So excited and can't wait to be back!

Was looking for dim sum near Polo Fields and this place was nearby and opened earlier than the other dim sum places within walking distance. To go only and ready food selection is limited to pretty much what they offer as frozen take home. For dumplings it's shrimp, shrimp with chive, shrimp with cilantro, pork, shumai, and taro dumplings. In the baked area, they have bbq pork bun & barbecue pork puff pastry, Fried items included egg rolls, pork with sticky rice flour, sweet sesame seed balls. They also had pork with black bean sauce over rice and steamed rice wrapped in leaf Selection was limited they didn't even have potstickers but what they did have was done very well and was very tasty and a great price dumplings were three for $3.60 to $5.50 for the pork with black bean sauce and rice along with the bbq pork buns.

First time trying this spot. I came at 4pm and most dim sum goodies were gone. What I did try were really good though!I tried 2 versions of har gow (chive & shrimp dumpling and cilantro & shrimp dumping). Both were very good and exceeded my expectations! The filling is stuffed, very flavorful, and good skin. I grabbed the last sesame ball and it was delicious!! It was warm and nicely filled with red bean. Would definitely get again.I had the lotus sticky rice, which was good but it was mostly rice. I wish there was more filling in it. I'd skip this next time. Service was very friendly. Speaks both English and mandarin. Will give chili oil (pretty spicy!) if you ask. I'm definitely coming back!*cash only. Go down the street and there's an ATM machine inside a Cafe. Remember to tip to support small businesses. :)

CASH ONLY and LIMITED SEATINGI'm really glad there's a cheap and delish dimsum spot in Outer Richmond SF! Went here at 8am Saturday morning. Not busy at all. Small hole in the wall type spot. They even sell frozen dimsum in bags for you to take home and it's even cheaper!Ingredients seems fresh and when I mean fresh, the Pork Siu Mai didn't have that funky smell.. IYKYK fam :) They add shiitake mushrooms in their Pork Siu Mai and it's super FLAVORFUL! My favorites from here so far are:Pork steamed Bun $1.75 eachChives Dumpling 3 for $3.60Shrimp Dumpling 3 for $3.60Beef Rice Rolls 3 rolls for about $4.39 (I forgot the price the lady said lol) Cilantro Dumpling 3 for $3.60 : steamed with shrimp. Cilantro brings out that fresh taste. Love it!Chiu Chow 3 for $3.60 : know there's pieces of pork, radish, and nuts inside. Idk what that gooey stuff is but OMG! My favorite dimsum of them all! Juicy, flavorful and has different textures. Love it! Chicken bun was meh, would not recommend. It's just a chicken meatball and kinda dry. Metered parking and residential. Rush hour is usually busy from 3-6pm cause kids coming out of school and folks are getting off work so parking can be a little tight weekdays. Not sure weekends cause we go early. Food is always best when it's just cooked right? So go early if you can.:) eats

This place replaced Jook Time. I actually prefer Jook Time over this place. I've tried it twice. Once when they first opened, which was good. I came back a second time. The first thing I noticed was they were out of a lot of items in the morning. The dim sum was sort of meh. I didn't care for their pineapple buns either. Service was prefunctory. It was just ok.

I think i tried this a few years ago, not too good. But this time, everything looks much better. I only had a bbq pork pie and red bean bun this time. Bbq pork pie was good, nice and flaky too. Steam red bean bun, not bad.

We got the shrimp dumpling, chive dumpling, baked BBQ pork bun, and pineapple bun. All of this for $11.95, not too bad. The shrimp dumpling was basic, but solid, I think a little more flavor would be nice. The chive dumpling was flavorful and good. The BBQ pork but had a little crispy top and the meat was flavorful and yummy. But the real star of the show was the PINEAPPLE BUN! We love pineapple buns so we might be a little biased but it was a great bun and the custard inside was delicious and the crispy top was perfect. The person who helped us was kind and patient! There's also nice seating to eat here if you'd prefer too!!
