This place is not ordinary. It has the best alcohol. The best servers the best girls in town come there if you wanna meet a nice girl you go there it is a high and nice place. The money is not expensive.

TLDR; This place is a joke!! Cocktails taste more like mock-tails, Security is sitting at the bar drinking on the job and the guy with glasses with previous bad reviews (the owner) thinks he's entitled to a tip after being rude and disrespectful. San Francisco is such a beautiful and vibrant city. Skip this place! If you want a good time, good service and good drinks. GO ELSEWHERE.Honestly, wasn't gonna review until I did some digging and realized the shitty/rude service I received here isn't that uncommon. As a restaurant worker myself, tips are not obligatory, they're based on hospitality and service. So if you feel confident enough to provide shitty service with a side of rudeness and attitude; please be ready to receive the same type of tip. $0. *Save yourself the discomfort and skip this place*To the owner: don't get butt hurt and petty when you provide shitty and rude service and don't get a tip. Hope you never receive the same type of treatment at any establishment when you go out. Based off of reviews, find help and figure out your personal problems. Stop taking it out on your customers.

I recently tried Dahlia Lounge for the first time before going to an event at Public Works around the corner. It's honestly such a vibe with bold statement decor, unique cocktails, and a decently sized floor with lots of comfortable seating. Also, the music wasn't too loud, so the environment was good for having conversations, which was ideal for my group.

Love this place, first time here and it started off kind of slow but at around 9:30pm everything picks up. The music was great, the vibes were great, the ambiance is great, & the owner was awesome. I used to go to a lot of lounges back home and this one is equivalent to my favorite one back home. I'm definitely going to come back & highly recommend checking it out also.

Came by on Sunday for Cinco De Mayo around 5-6pm for an hour-ish and vibes were overall chill but the DRINKS were the highlight!!! First round of drinks, I wanted to try some of the fun ones on the menu. I got the Purple Rain which had such cute presentation, you poured the "Purple" syrup on top of the drink for that rain effect. It was not to sweet, but not too strong. Then, we saw some people next to us enjoying margaritas that had those mini Don Julio 1942 shots in them...I curiously asked them what they got. Me expecting these drinks to be like $40 each, I was shocked to hear them say "These were $20 each!" WOW. So worth it. We weren't able to stay for the live band, but I must say these were some of the best drinks I've had and that margarita made the whole day worth it. This place is on the smaller side, street parking for the most part, and located next to a brewery as well so keep that in mind!

Came by on a Thursday evening with a group of five close to closing. The owner, Rob, was in the process of cleaning the bar up, as I'm sure last call had probably been given, but was very welcoming and kind enough to still let us order a round of cocktails. Despite being the only one working and a number of the ingredients packed away, Rob expeditiously, prepared each of the cocktails we ordered with a high level of attention and care. Reggae - Jamaican rum, Zaya rum, coconut, orgeat, lime, pineapple, Jamaican bitters - strong and delicious tiki cocktail. I'm in my rum era and this drink was definitely for me. Not overly strong in flavor and not overly sweet either. Great presentation. Been to Dahlia a number of times and it's definitely a go to bar for me. Three different rooms with three different aesthetic styles. Friendly staff, good live DJ music, and dope vibes.

I recently celebrated my birthday here! It's a newer tequila lounge that just opened up in the mission district. There's two parts to the lounge - the front area is where they play more Hispanic music and their bottom room played hip hop and throwbacks! Which was my groups vibe - we had a lot of fun dancing and enjoying their variety of tequila infused cocktails. I worked with the owner Rob on arranging bottle service and a table section for my group since we were such a large party (around 30 people) and the process was very smooth!

When it comes to lounges, I try to be as understandable and respectful as I can with the bartenders. I understand they deal with many energy throughout the day. That is something I consider before ordering a drink up in front.Was over here during a show for the homies. Ambience is sick, love it down here actually.Bartender ruined the night for me though. Brother with the glasses. Much love man, you probably had a rough day or week, I get it, we all get those days too. But it don't cost much to be patient and understanding with others during your rough days. Throughout the night, I struggled with my voice because of the day before, so I couldn't speak up. The bartender didn't hesitate but to be rude and misunderstanding. I kept trying to get his attention through my phone notes (best way to communicate with him that night), but paid no attention. And when he would, he would just come through with a negative energy. Couldn't keep his cool together. Wish I could say the opposite about that experience, but I can't make this up. Yup, the night got weird after that.

I had to officially check out Dahlia's after visiting for a yelp elite event. Great vibes and good atmosphere. The DJ was grooving and knew exactly how to keep the vibes going. I got two margaritas which rounded out to $30 dollars. They were very very good!Overall, I love that the bar is black owned and they are staying true to themselves. Good R&B nights in SF are hit and miss but Dahlias knows how right do it. I for sure plan on going back soon.

Went here last night. Great vibe, great crowd, great drinks. The dj was dropping some sweet mixes. The place is clean and well staffed. Only draw back is a lot of the seating area was reserved. I would go back for a drink.
