All of their cookies are incredibly sweet and calorically dense. Consume with caution.Chocolate Cake Batter: My favorite flavor. Chocolate frosting on top of a chocolate cookie. 800 calories.Key Lime Pie: Very good, really does taste super duper limey. 670 calories. The Chocolate Chunk: Fine, would skip. 770 caloriesTres Leches Cake: This cake doesn't taste like anything but sugar. Maybe that's just what all tres leches cakes taste like, but I'm not a fan. 940 calories.

Hubby aka Cookie Monsta MADE me do it. Crumbl is the newest addition to Lakeshore Plaza. They offer massive cookies (allegedly 4 servings per cookie), available for delivery, pickup, and scheduled catering. Tons of space with their open-concept kitchens for waiting customers to watch the cookie process being mixed, balled, and baked. This plaza is ALWAYS bustling so the lot is consistently busy & parking is hit or miss. Order online to save time and check in upon arrive or stop in on the fly and order using their touchscreen kiosks. Crumbl's menu changes weekly and includes flavors like milk chocolate chip, pink velvet, and brookies. These cookies are massive at 5" on average (subjective) and meant for sharing (or not). FOTW (Tue, Feb 25, 2025):* Butter Cake, +$0.99 each / 980 cal* French Silk Pie (Chilled), +$0.99 each / 870 cal* Milk Chocolate Chip, 680 cal* Biscoff® Lava Cookie, 790 cal* Strawberry Cupcake, 810 cal* Banana Caramel (Chilled), 790 cal* Red Velvet White Chip, 680 calTLDR; We got 1 of each except Red Velvet (been there, done that). The French Silk Pie is OUTSTANDING! and worth the $0.99 upgrade.

Went on a rainy day and there was no line. I have seen this place on instagram for ages, and finally gave it a try. Staff were very friendly, ordering seemed easy enough and they have rotating options of cookies every week apparently. Some cookies and one or two small cookie cakes? I thought the cookie I tried was decent, but definitely on the very sweet side. I can understand the allure of the place and if sweet cookies are your thing you will enjoy this place.Good amount of parking in this plaza so that shouldn't be hard. Will be back when I want a sweet cookie or two.

Waiting in a hella long line for diabetes sounds like a terrible idea....LFG! Grand opening today is Crumbl's first SF location. They tout having "the best cookies in the world" and they're the fastest growing cookie company with over 1000 locations. L I N EAt 1:22 pm, the line was 80-100 deep. We decided to stand in line for 15 minutes and see how fast it moved. It moved fast so we stayed (total wait: ~50 minutes). I didn't know that middle school and high school students get out so early these days. About 90% of the line were kids and teens. O R D E R I N GTwo kiosks + one cashier to order. For online orders, the earliest pick up date was 2/12/25 (as of this morning). M E N UCookie offerings change weekly with eight offerings. Full or mini sizes. Bags of cookie dough bites are available. Single cookies are $4.99 each. There's a discount if you buy 4, 6, or 12 packs. Bottled drinks available. FREE Chocolate Chip Cookie for their grand opening! No purchase required. C O O K I E S* Chocolate Chip (Free) Thiccccc, underbaked cakey cookie with melty chocolate (still warm!). It was HELLA sweet. One bite was enough. 4 PACK ($18.99) * Sea Salt ToffeeThe least sweet of the three I tried because the salt helps cut through the sweetness of the toffee chips but it was like eating underbaked industrial dough. Again, one bite was enough. * Chocolate Crumb w/ OreoI only tasted the frosting that smeared onto the box and it was sickly sweet. I looked up the sugar content and it's 70 grams. Eeeck!* Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake (+$1.49 upcharge)Didn't taste, gave it away. * Strawberry Pretzel PieDidn't taste, gave it away. The items I gave away, the receiver thought it was way too sweet and couldn't take more than one bite. S E R V I C EAwesome upbeat service from the young Filipina staff manning the door. I know it's grand opening day and the staff may be stressed out but the manager (?) could have spoken to staff in a kinder tone. A M B I A N C ETakeout only with open kitchen and pink Crumbl wall for photo ops. P A R K I N GCongested parking in the plaza.Overall, I'm glad I popped my Crumbl cherry but doughy sugar bombs are not it. Sorry but Crumbl cookies are faaaaaaar from being good (2 stars). Anthony's and Antoine's is where it's at, cookies that are balanced (not too sweet) with deliciously buttery, crispy edges and a chewy center. Props to Crumbl for knowing how to werk social media tho and becoming a viral sensation.

I shop at Lakeshore Plaza on a weekly basis. As such I noticed store construction started over a year ago. Was it really going to be Crumbl? When the signage finally went up it became a reality. My first Crumbl cookie experience was two months ago in Palm Springs. I tried four different cookies. I thought too sweet and too doughy. But wanted to give Crumbl another try. Today it was a free chocolate chip cookie giveaway if you download the app. At 8:50am there was a line past the UPS store. However a Crumbl employee was very nice and began handing out cookies to us which we were thankful for. The cookie was still warm.I took it home. I cut the cookie into quarters and baked it in my toaster oven for a few minutes. Still too sweet and doughy. I'm not giving up on Crumbl yet. Why? Because I love cookies. There's got to be one that I'll love.

Wow.. FINALLY.. a Crumbl cookie shop in San Francisco! Lots of angled parking (usually a bit crowded but doable) in the Lakeshore Shopping center off of Sloat boulevard near the intersection of Ocean Ave and Sunset Boulevards way out here on the West Side of town.Friendly service, lots of crew on hand for the soft opening tonight. The line went quickly and soon we were inside to place our order. Casual chain store vibe: clean and modern with a simple standardized tricolor aesthetic. The cookies were surprisingly great. We ordered the normal "larger" sized cookies as it seemed like a better deal. Our favorites were the Lemon-Blueberry Cheesecake "cookie" that was really more like a "personal size" of an actual cheesecake. It really could work for 2-3 people if they aren't too hungry! 10/10 as the flavors weren't overly sweet as one would expect of a chain cookie place. Our other favorite was the Strawberry Pretzel Pie cookie. Think fresh strawberry pie - it has a strawberry jam topping with small bits of strawberry over a light whipped cream topping on top of a buttery cookie. It was delightful too, especially with the added pretzel bits for a surprisingly welcome extra crunch and slightly savory twist! 9.5/10P R O T I P S :1) Skip the chocolate chip cookie.. it was no comparison to the other flavors. Be daring!! :)2) The flavors / menu changes every week, so scan their website before making the trip over here.We will be watching their website intently for their next menu selections! Recommended!

I went to the opening for this crumbl at Lakeshore. The cookies were amazing as expected. They had a huge line because they advertised a free cookie with your order because it's opening day. So there was about a half hour line outside, which I didn't mind waiting in. Unfortunately , they had told us after the line that they ran out :(. It would've been nice if they told us ahead of time in line, just because that's why most of us waited so long. Some people even complained to them about that, but it's just a cookie. The workers were still pretty nice and the inside was clean and bright.

Pretty yummy! I think the cookies were the perfect amount of sweet and chewy. The chefs & the staff in the back did an incredible job. While the food was yummy, I didn't appreciate how my girlfriend and I felt pressured to tip. When the front desk older lady had asked if i wanted to tip, I said yes. But she started verbally giving me value dollars (ex: $3? $2?) out loud in front of 10+ staff when I had only bought 7-8 dollars worth of cookies (plus, was given little service by this older lady). i felt pressured to say $3 because we were the only ones in store, and again, had the 10+ staff listening in on the conversation. I definitely would have tipped, but I just didn't like the pressure that was put on us. I feel like she should have turned the square iPAD to let me punch in the amount of tip i would like to input. Therefore, I highly recommend using the kiosk on the right hand side.
