California Garlic Noodles was parked in Oak's Market & Liquors' parking lot. offerings: Garlic Noodles. fries, drinks...menu had many price changes, looked "messy"..eats: Chicken garlic noodles (16)-chicken pieces were grilled, slightly chewy, marginally moist, almost bland.-garlic noodles were butter and oil centric, not very garlicky, didn't have a complex flavor profile. had a buttery/oil aftertaste. -beef & pork entrees was out (post 1:00), chicken crossed off but it was available. -vendor told me shrimp was their best seller, i don't doubt it. i usually skip shrimp. not my favorite seafood, trying to avoid gout attacks3.5 stars. food was "OK". wouldn't order garlic noodles again, dislike butter..*not the version of garlic noodles that i like.

A new food truck focused exclusively on garlic noodles. Reminds me a bit of An the Go, which I also like. But the protein toppings, at least the salt & pepper shrimp for sure, are way better.Garlic Noodles w/ Salt & Pepper Shrimp: No lie, probably the best garlic noodles I've had from a food truck. And thanks to the wonderful street food scene in San Francisco, I've actually had lot. The true star here is obviously the shrimp. It kinda reminds me of salt & pepper deep fried crab, expect without the challenging shell to navigate and the steep price tag. It's not just fried shrimp with some toppings sprinkled over, they actually heat it up in a sauce fresh to order. The shrimp were nice and crispy on the outside with a really rich sauce covering, maybe butter? Lots of great chili pepper taste to contrast that fatty richness. And the noodles were awesome too. Lots of garlic and some cheese, not falling into the trap of bland garlic noodles at all. Good firm bite. Didn't clump together (like some food trucks do). Paired very well with the shrimp.

Pretty darn good.I got their signature salt and pepper shrimp with garlic noodle. For $18, it doesnt skimp on the shrimp. Lots of jalepeno added which added a nice kick.The shrimp with batter was very nicely cooked and very fresh. The noodles are good, pre-made and I have had better noodles but for a food truck its pretty good.Over my iron chef pallette approves!!

I stumbled upon this food truck today and I'm pleasantly satisfied that I ordered a dish from here! The garlic noodles with grilled shrimp for $13 may seem like a hefty price tag at first glance, but it's worth it for the quality of food! The grilled shrimp was perfectly charred and with each dish you get six crustaceans! The garlic noodles had Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top with TONS of butter coating each noodle. It wouldn't be garlic noodles without the garlic, right? You get garlic flavor in each bite. Don't be ashamed of your garlic breath and just excuse yourself when your SO goes in for a kiss on the lips.

Good garlic noodles, you can get chicken, beef or shrimp. Go for the shrimp! I had the chicken, and for me it was ok. The folks I was with got beef noodles, shrimp noodles, garlic fries and spring roll. Get the shrimp garlic noodles and the garlic fries. I personally love the jalapeños that they put on top. The folks in the truck were very nice and patient with us, as we couldn't make up our mind on what to get lol.Overall, worth a try for sure!

Business is located in Oakland now in front of food for less. Bombbbbb owner needs to be there everyday I always have to call lol but I don't mind it's that good.

Real good. I ordered the garlic noodles with salt and pepper shrimp, plenty of noodles and big jumbo shrimps. I would also recommend the salt and pepper garlic fries, perfect combo in my opinion. Crispy and well-seasoned.Friendly staff, eager to show they have the best garlic noodles in town. It's like an addiction, I ate here twice in a week. They're stationed at SOMA Streats.

Garlic Noodles with Salt and Pepper Shrimp is the way to go for this truck. Price is high, but I'll say it is definitely worth it with the amount of noodles they give and the size of the six shrimps. I mean, many times I've left a food truck for lunch and I'm still hungry because the portions just isn't enough. This is the first time I've had this combination, and it really hit the spot. Who would've knew salt and pepper shrimp with garlic noodles goes so well together. I'll definitely come back and try the other combinations. I've also heard the waffle fries are a must here but they sell out really fast. Will be coming back for sure.

Wow hands down the best garlic noodles. Stop by for some garlic noodle heard nothing but good things and had to check it out myself. Came to grab dinner last night way to hot to cook. There was a line on a Monday night around 6ish. Must be good. Order one salt and pepper shrimp over noodles and one beef over noodles. Both are full of favor and the noodles were hella on point. Not to oliy or garlicky just perfect. Service was great. Price was good from the portions. Differently will be back for more. Yummy Yummy in my tummy.

My mom surprised me & hubby for lunch on 5/18. She brought us the salt & pepper shrimp with the garlic noodles. It was delicious. We call on the next day to see if we could get another order but, we didn't get a answer. Just know that the food is really good. Thanks so much. Thanks
