Café Capistrano

I have eating at Cafe Capistrano ever since he was over by opl in Princeton. Although all his food is always fresh and delicious, I get the same thing every time I go there.... The chicken fajitas! I get extra tortillas and extra cabbage and eat absolutely everything on my plate every time. They are delicious. His unique blend of spices on the chicken and vegetables are unique and absolutely amazing. They are the best plate of fajitas I've ever eaten anywhere and would highly recommend them to anyone who loves fajitas.

This place is very unassuming and it's in a house. But we entered and the ambiance was rustic and simple. We knew we would get good hearty dinner but it wasn't fancy. It was fairly neat. The service was quick and efficient.We ordered the chips and salsa. The chips came out hot and were not oily. The salsa was a small quantity but it was pretty tasty.The menu didn't have a great amount of vegetarian options.I got the veggie quesadilla which was fresh. The flavors were great and overall the quantity was good too. My daughter and I were able to share.My husband got the enchilada which was slightly low on salt but nothing super special. It was just okay. We also got rice and sour cream for my son and the rice was also low on salt and pretty dry.Overall it was decent value for money and it's a good place to be. I would give it a 3.5/5

My mom said that the veggie quesadilla that she ate here was the best she's had in her entire life. I also thoroughly enjoyed my chicken enchilada. The ingredients are really fresh, and the food is not only delicious, but healthy as well. Highly recommend!Besides amazing food, the setting is adorable. It looks like a quaint little cottage, with stunning flower blooms. There's an outdoor seating area, and an indoor seating area as well, with different rooms to choose from. It is definitely an intimate, seating arrangement because space is limited. But we came here on a Monday afternoon, and there were only two other occupied tables! The service was also amazing. Although breakfast stopped being served at 12pm, and we arrived at 1pm, the chefs still offered to make us any breakfast we wanted! Such sweethearts! Thank you so much Café Capistrano for a delightful family lunch.

This place is amazing-- in a Old house near Main Street !!! Just had a delicious breakfast !! Super fresh ingredients !! Arturo (the Owner) is very friendly & attentive !!!

This is a cute, quaint spot for a casual breakfast, lunch or dinner! There is a small team working to keep this place running, and they're all super friendly and welcoming. We all chose options from the seafood portion of the menu. The classic fish and chips were solid, with large, crispy pieces of fish. I loved my prawn fajita dish - the prawns were cooked to perfection in a buttery sauce. The rice could've used a bit more time cooking to get softer, but all the other sides were phenomenal, especially the fruit salsa. I wish they served breakfast all day, since all of their egg options looked delicious. I'd also love to try some of the more authentically Mayan dishes.

I still come here. I still recommend the pibil.GET THE SIKIL PAK. Thank me later.

Nice spot for lunch after a hike. Food was fresh and prepared well. Service was super friendly.

This burrito was all rice, hardly any adobo meat.Will not return. It's expensive $21 dollars. And I Tipped this establishment.Unfortunate.

This is a great little family run restaurant with the freshest ingredients, super flavorful grilled fish and meats, and wonderful friendly service. Family is originally from the Yucatán and makes the best Mexican food we've ever tasted. highly recommend.

Great pumpkin seed dip with your chips! Very nice service. Worth trying the Mayan specialties
