"Barebottle Brewing Company is a fantastic spot for beer lovers! With a wide selection of seasonal beers, there's something to suit every palate. We sampled a variety of their offerings and were impressed by the diversity and quality.Parking:Parking can be a bit tricky as it's limited to street parking, so be prepared to hunt for a spot, especially on weekends.Ambiance:The outdoor seating area is vibrant and welcoming, with colorful umbrellas and a relaxed atmosphere. It's the perfect place to enjoy a sunny day with good company and great drinks.Pastries from Neighbor Bakehouse:We also picked up some delightful pastries from Neighbor Bakehouse nearby. The desserts were fresh, delicious, and paired wonderfully with our beers.Tacos from El Fuego Food Truck:For a more savory option, we ordered fish tacos, and El Fuego tacos with beef and chicken from the El Fuego Food Truck. The tacos were flavorful and generously portioned, making for a great complement to the beers.Overall, Barebottle Brewing Company is a must-visit for beer enthusiasts and anyone looking for a fun and tasty experience in the area. Highly recommended!"
"Oh snap, this place is awesome!!¡First, don't order, ask Romeo what to get. He'll set you up after a few questions. I had all the stouts, they were spectacular, especially the girl scout cookie one.Fantastic experience, thank you!!"
"Truly authentic German food in a laid-back, no-fuss spot where you can count on a hearty meal. Order the schnitzel and sausages, they never miss. Their beer list is top-notch (and the cider is a hidden gem). We've come here multiple times with friends, and it's always a great hangout."
"Quaint vibe with a deep funky bass line. I came in serenades by 80s times from the cure, to Bikini Kill to Joy Division. A Pilsner accompanied the DJ/bartender's excellent choice of tunes. Excellent service. Sitting along the great window and having a mushroom empanada rounded out the evening. Turning a lugubrious day into light and laughter."

4 stars for such a cool place. They have tons of choices of beer1 star for parkingThe service is great; theyre friendly and face. I had left my purse accidentally on the table while I went to the restroom and one of the waiters took it for me (and left it in their office) so no one else would take it. What a life saver!Ambiance is OK, its like a bar. They have a wall of games that I see kids playing with but I don't really see it being a kid friendly place.

Some vegetarian options available.Restaurant inside of the Ghirardelli Square! Fun atmosphere, dim mood lighting with a cool central bar. The decor is very woodsy in a fun way. A classic hipster brewing feel. Went over the holidays so service was a bit busy but nice. Creamy tomato soup was good but the fish tacos were even better. Sort of a tangy sauce, good crunch on the battered fish. Tortilla chips lightly salted, very fresh salsa.Good for big groups and tourists looking for a meal in the Square.

Came here with a friend for a few casual drinks. Great vibes and beer selection! The place was fairly empty on a weekend night so very easy to get a table. We didn't have a chance to try the food but had a great time! I'd recommend to anyone looking for a casual drink in the Castro/Mission area!

Came by on a nice & sunny afternoon in Mission! Currently you can't sit inside, and they have a table right at the front door that you can order at. Sadly they were out of most of the empanada options, there was only 1 Mushroom Acelga Empanada left and they were out of the beef, chicken, and hame & cheese. Went for the mushroom, and the filling was certainly full of mushroom-y umami flavor! The style they go for is a thicker tougher crust, which personally I like a little less, but that's up to personal preference. I found that most of each bite was crust, whereas I'd prefer a lighter crust that is a base to the filling. The filling was good though and was mostly mushroom which I appreciated. I'd come back again (earlier) to try the other empanada flavors & grab some drinks for a nice day at Dolores!

Known to be one of the popular breweries in SF, this location is in the Mission/Valencia area. There's some street parking and it can get busy. They close rarely early on weekdays. A friend was celebrating his 30th with some friends. They have food, wine, and good ol beers and ciders. My friend really like their Yuzu beer, I think I got a cider and my other friend got an IPA. Service was super nice, quick, and friendly. It's a vibe inside, plenty of tables, space, room, and dog friendly!

We just had our wedding reception at Park Chalet last month in November. While it was during a bomb cyclone, we couldn't be happier with how the party turned out. Chris, our event coordinator, and the day of manager and staff did such an amazing job taking care of us and our guests. They accommodated our cocktail style layout and made sure our vendors were set up smoothly. One of the staff members even made sure myself and my partner had a plate of food as they saw us running around the party. All the food was delicious and presentation was A+! They even looked after our pup who was free to roam around in his "tux". We could not have asked for a better experience and felt very lucky rain and all. Thank you again Chris and the entire Park Chalet staff.

"I'll be honest, I haven't been much of a beer drinker lately, but after walking 6+ miles throughout the day a beer sounded tasty. We were walking in the neighborhood and had no idea they had a tap room and restaurant. Not just a bar, but a seafood bar as well. It was Sunday afternoon, and it wasn't super busy so we were able to grab a table with the dogs, and enjoy a pint and some oysters. I usually go for their KSA but they had a Yuzu Radler that I had to try and it was hella refreshing. $8 pint for fresh local beer, well worth it. The oysters were tasty and I'd say comparable to most other spots. I do wish they had a more flavorful sauce or garnish, but it satisfied our oyster craving nonetheless. I saw they have a happy hour weekdays from 4-6, which had $5 pints, $2 oysters, and multiple seafood tapas for an affordable price. Will most definitely have to come back to explore more of the menu."
"3 stars for the food alone, but rounded up to 4 stars for the view of the ocean and nice atmosphere. Our large party was placed in the light filled corner. The view from the second floor was really nice. The food is alright. The Brussels sprouts, calamari, fish and chips were okay. The clam chowder was acceptable. The food quality and freshness could be improved. If I could take some of the fresh seafood & recipes from Hog Island Oyster Co and put them at this location then I'd be here all the time."
"If you can make it through the gauntlet of people waiting -- because you'll inevitably have to despite having a reservation -- you will likely have a really nice meal and experience at the Park Chalet. Dining inside the glasshouse is much preferable to being outside in the potentially chilly albeit nice picnic tables, as this is the windy Ocean Beach area at the west end of the Sunset District. And inside is a must if there's even worse inclement weather.Weekend brunch on a beautiful day was excellent. Most everyone in our group of family and relatives genuinely declared their selections delicious. Cocktails and beers were flowing. The only person slightly disappointed with their order was someone who got minestrone that she found too tart from lemon. I enjoyed Egg Benedict with Canadian bacon, and the English muffin was more like a crumpet. Textbook perfect poached eggs sat atop the ham slices on the bread rounds. Delectable. My mother, the celebrant of honour, thoroughly enjoyed her salmon entrée. Other excellent fare at our table included Corned beef hash with Poached eggs and thick toast triangles, as well as some flawless Fish and Chips.Service and ambiance are gracious, lively and lovely for such a busy restaurant. It's a fabulous picturesque and chill neighborhood. Double check their hours and days that are open because it's not necessarily daily. Enjoy a repast at Park Chalet, if ever you visit in San Francisco on a day at the beach."
