Bun Love Burgers & Bites

I might have just chosen the wrong things but I don't think I'll be coming back to this truck. If I try it again, I'll try the chi chi fries or the burgers.The buffalo fries looks good but once I started eating it, it became very underwhelming. The chicken was marinated but still tasted dry and lacking in flavor, the sauce soaked into the fries, and there's barely any buffalo sauce. If you're going to order this, I recommend asking for extra buffalo sauce. The side salad was also very boring. As the name implies, it's a simple green salad. You're better off going to Trader Joe's and getting their salads

I saw the negative reviews before eating here but decided to give it a shot anyways. The burger and fries are average, nothing spectacular. The reason for the low rating is the pricing of their food. For a burger, fries, and water, the total price was $30+. The food here is not worth the cost and unless something changes, I will not be back.

While the fries in the nacho mama were delicious, I was definitely taken aback that the cheese was not melted when the dish was served to us.I would've given this a five star if the cheese was melted and perhaps if there was spicy salsa drizzled on top. As for the guac, it was a little plain for my liking. It would've been better if there was lime juice or some flavoring in the guac. Fries definitely reminded me of McDonalds fries which there isn't nothing wrong with that! I believe there's room for improvement for these fries. They'd be a hit if there were more flavors!

I got the beyond burger and fries. The burger was good and had some height. It was more filling than I thought it would be but the whole meal itself was very standard. A little pricey for a burger but happy to support a local business.

We came back to Bun Love for re-do tonight after our first not-so-perfect visit last weekend, and I'm happy to report that food was absolutely to die for! My son had medium rare angus burger on brioche bun, with avocado and caramelized onions and I had a classic beyond burger, and both were delicious, juicy, well seasoned and super high stacked (both hands required). We also had onion rings and Buffalo cauliflower, and while onion rings were pretty average (still tasty), the Buffalo cauliflower was to die for - perfectly seasoned, crunchy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. Definitely one of the best Buffalo cauliflowers I've ever had. The sides portions were really big (definitely enough for two people, possibly three), and the guy, who took care of us was absolutely delightful. Keep up the good job, Bun Love! We'll be back to try your vegan nachos soon!

Visited SF over the weekend and stumbled upon this great gem! Ordered the Western burger and it was an absolute delight! The Angus beef patty was juicy and flavorful, and the apple wood smoked bacon and sharp cheddar cheese added an amazing smoky flavor. The onion rings were perfectly cooked and added the perfect crunch, and the BBQ sauce and toasted bun tied it all together. The side of fries was the perfect accompaniment, and overall the burger was a delicious experience. I highly recommend the Western Burger and I will definitely be ordering it again!

Delicious burger. Got a double beef patty classic with balsamic onions. Hearty sized, juicy patties and perfectly sweet onions. Robin did a great job making this delectable burger. 100% recommend!

I paid $22 for a veggie burger that was so sad (no cheese, lettuce or veggies and without ketchup or fries). It's a total rip off. The McD $3.64 burger is way better. Stay away!

What a total rip-off. The menu said my burger came with bacon and cheese, but it didn't have either and only a tiny bit of sad lettuce and tomato with no sauce. The bun was also not toasted at all and was soft and flat. The burger overall was dry and bland af. I was charged $7 (!) for a side of fries that were cold and nothing special, not even salty.Almost $30 for a burger not even good as McDonald's (which are bad, but at least have some flavor from the ketchup, mustard and pickles). It looked NOTHING like the photo in another review. I feel robbed. On top of that, the guy who took my order winked at me twice like a lecher. Ew. Awful experience. ​

Expensive, slow service, mediocre burger, and pale /undercooked fries. Went there for lunch and was hoping to be blown away since it's so pricey. Boy, was I wrong. Never going back.
