I'm please with all my orders so far!Haven't been in the store, only through delivery but I discovered them while double Dashing and highly recommend you give them a try.

I had great expectations with this place after reading the other reviews.You can't beat their price for 24oz. Unfortunately, the iPad ordering system is confusing. The typical tea shop charges for boba but "milk" is included. Brew cha includes boba but only offers speciality milk options (oat almond soy etc) so you get sweet tea similar to that of the south with a blob of boba. BUT I must admit the black tea is fantastic on its own. The clerk didn't care that I wasn't happy with the order. Nice shop but took their "sweet" time getting drinks out. Next time I'll order a specialty drink to avoid any confusion.

Drinks: (3.5/5)Jasmine Milk Tea with Organic Lactose Free Milk (3/5):I really appreciate how Brew Cha offers a wide variety of options to choose from in terms of drinks and ingredients to customize your own drink. However, I guess this made me realize that organic lactose free milk is not for me as the taste was too overpowering for me personally. May have to come back to try another one of their options. Black & Red Latte (5/5):My friend got this and I took one sip but oh my goodness this was game changing. I usually always just get milk teas but if you like black sesame and red bean defintely give this a try! They also have a version without the red bean if you prefer. Ambiance (5/5):Brew Cha has ample seating indoors which I honestly really appreciate. It's the perfect spot for a quick hangout and feels very cozy inside. Also, I find it pretty convenient to get to. Service (4/5):Lowkey drink took a while to come out but I didn't mind the wait since they have ample seating inside and was a great place to chill for a bit. They have both kiosks and a cashier to order too!

Boba places have popped up all around San Francisco and has become a common place to go to enjoy Boba tea. The Mission had many places to get Boba over the years. When Boba Guys closed a few years ago Brew Cha has remained in the area a few blocks over and still serves one of the most natural organic Boba Teas in San Francisco on 18th street between Mission and San Carlos street. The difference between Brew Cha and other Boba places is their quality of tea and their process of using an espresso machine technology to keep the freshness and flavor of the natural tea. It's in their namesake Brew Cha (cha means tea in Chinese and Brazilian Portuguese). I got the Passion Fruit Green Tea which was not too sweet at my request to the Bobatender. It was refreshing but there was lots of seeds in the bottom of the drink. It was also tasty and you can taste the natural green tea flavor. They have lots of other good drinks on the menu like the Lavender Matcha Latte and their Ube Taro Latte. If you like organic natural tea flavors this is the place to go. Get a cup of boba from the Bobatender with natural tea from the tea ecology Brew Cha is brewing not beer but brewing premium tea with espresso machine technology

Brew Cha, located in San Francisco's Mission District, offers a unique boba experience just three blocks from Dolores Park. Their fresh taro milk stands out as a must-try beverage. This drink features real taro chunks blended with creamy milk, creating a delightful balance of natural sweetness and earthy flavors. The use of fresh ingredients ensures a rich and authentic taste, setting it apart from typical taro-flavored powders. The place was for togo only when i last visited, however, service was very fast.

I've been meaning to try this place for a while and I thought this place was pretty good. I'm usually not someone that tries different flavored boba aside from milk teas, but I wanted to try something different this time.The store is decently sized with board games and a crane machine inside, so it's a great place to come if you just wanna chill out or whatever. I ended up getting the Ube Taro Latte since that seemed like one of their signatures. I got that and I thought it was good. It had a light starchy texture to it and the ube/taro flavor was pretty pronounced. The boba was nice, warm, and soft since I came to this place right before they opened. But to be fair, it didn't have that sweetness that I'm looking for but at least the boba had a good chew to it. Would I get this drink again? Personally for me no, but it was good to try! I like lighter drinks and this wasn't up-my-alley. But by no means, you may it like a lot more than me! Give this place a shot if you're around the area. And plus the drink looks really nice too

The place was cute and had several seating areas, and I love that they had games available. Service was quick because the place was empty. Unfortunately the boba was hard and the drink on the sour side (despite ordering full sweet).

The drinks were good! I'm still not used to paying $7 for boba but that seems to be the standard for SF these days. I liked that they have comfortable seating in the shop. Got the fresh passionfruit tea and the Ceylon black milk tea. Both were very solid.

Best boba ever and friendly service by friendly knowledgeable staff...and they have board games there too! Seems they the most popular spot on the mission for refreshing drinks. When I visit from Asia I stop by here everyday at lunch in their super clean shop!

Small area with friendly staff :) We ordered the Yam ube, black sugar matcha latte, and oreo matcha. We asked for 25% sweetness and boba and it was prefect for our not-so-sweet tastes. The matcha latte was a bit bitter which my husband prefers.
