Really cute place, friendly service, and delicious food. Three blocks from a supercharger, close enough to go there and back easily.When I got there, it looked closed, with outdoor furniture piled up, lights dim or off, and the Open sign unlit. But I pushed on the door anyway I'm glad I did!

We got baited by the supposedly great score on yelp, but the food at the restaurant is not good at all. The owner of the restaurant is a sweet Asian lady, but regardless, the food is not 4.5 stars.The beef vermicelli was bland and the beef was so dry, it was like eating jerky.For this beef pho, the broth tasted like a wonton soup.If you've never had Vietnamese food before, then sure try it out. If you want real authentic Vietnamese food, this ain't the place.

This visit would be the second time I've come to this place. I ordered the beef pho the first time. Saddest bowl of pho I've ever seen in my life. It was just sliced beef, noodles, and broth. No garnish, no condiments, and no flavor whatsoever.I was working on this building today and figured I give this place the benefit of the doubt and try another dish. Ordered the pork belly kimchi pho. And once again the flavor fell short. I asked if I can have a side of duck. She bluntly replied "no" with no explanation. Then later on I asked if I can have a can of coke. She replied bluntly with "no" once again, but this time it was "no. I'm busy".Rest assure I will never come back here again. Ever. Food is terrible, customer service was even worse

Got two vermicelli bowls after climbing nearby at Mission Cliffs. The food was fresh and very tasty, but seemed a tiny bit pricey for the serving size. Guess that's SF for you. It also took a little while to make because it's just the one lady who serves as chef and front of house. If you've got some extra time and want a tasty meal while supporting a small local business, check this place out! Really enjoyed the grilled pork and imperial rolls, and the spice level was perfect.

Ended up at Bobo's for dinner before an event at KQED around the corner. The tofu/mushroom banh mi I ordered surpassed my expectations! The baguette was crusty yet chewy and not too flaky, it was filled with a good amount of tofu, and came with a tasty mayo/butter-like spread rather than pate. The sandwich came out to around $15 and took about 20 minutes to serve - note that the restaurant may only be staffed by one person in the evenings, so service can take time. My friend ordered the tofu/mushroom spring rolls and enjoyed them as well. Overall, check out Bobo's for a no frills yet tasty meal if you're in the area.

It's alright for the limited choice of Vietbamese food in the mission. For 16 dollars and the quality you get, it's definitely on the pricy side.

Over price, self service,Plastic utensils. Pho Beef noodle $17 small bowl, no bean sprout no basil no lemon no chili sauce super disappointed.

I will never go back there again. I ordered Grilled Pork and Imperial Rolls Vermicelli Bowls (18) - sweet and sour fish sauce, no taste. Grilled pork, salty, but not tasty. Overall, this vermicelli is the worse taste Vietnamese food I've ever had. Food portion is small, which is fine but I didn't finish the food because the taste.

This is a brick and mortar restaurant that you must visit for its delicious pork banh mi! The lady who works behind the counter is nice and kind. I would return to the restaurant again for yummy sandwich!

Shaking Beef and the Fresh Spring Rolls were both so delicious! Food was ready pretty quickly and the service was friendly. They seem to be pretty lunch focused but are open for dinner on some nights too.
