Blazin By The Bay BBQ

Sergio and the staff which is his family, catered our retirement banquet at our union hall for approximately 140 people and I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience. The weeks prior to the event, Sergio was fast to reply to all my questions and concerns through text and email. He was punctual at every meeting and the service from him and his family were top notch, friendly, fast and professional. There is a reason he's won many awards, the food is incredibly delicious! We had the grilled chicken, slow cooked brisket and pulled pork. His sides were also very good and fresh. Overall, I would highly recommend this small family business to anyone looking for great food and a very well run family business.

Just got back from the San Juan Bautista rib off and honestly im pretty disappointed these guys didnt take home the trophy the ribs are perfect and my family and i are very hard to please they where tender and juicy without all the fat and they serve the bbq sauce on the side wich really gives you a chance to appreciate the quality of the smoking. I loved it best ribs i have ever had next year im heading strait to your booth...next time dont be fooled by the big flashy booths some ppl get comfortable with a couple wins and quality goes down. im very impressed .

I recently had my taste buds pleasure of having Blazin by the Bay BBQ and WOW! It was AMAZING. Each bite was easy, flavorful and made me want more. I never realized what real bar b que was but surely learned that day. Mouth watering just thinking about them ribs right now. Already have them booked for my b-day.

Wow, I thought I knew what great BBQ was until I had Blazin By the By BBQ. I took one bite and a ray of sunshine hit my head. By far this is the best BBQ you will find anywhere period! Don't say you had the best until you try this place. It is truly authentic and there is no comparison. I am definitely a customer for life!!!!!!!
