Early dinner w/ friends at Bistro Central Parc (5:30pm on 1/11/25).Made a reservation via Open Table.4 people, and we had a great time. Service is friendly, seriously everyone who works there is nice and has great recommendations if you need them.My husband and a friend both ordered the Ribeye special - $45 for a salad, ribeye steak w/fries, and gelato. They both thought it was great, and their steaks were cooked as they asked.I ordered the chicken marsala, the right amoutn of richness, served with mashed potatoes, a small arugala salad, and two asparagus spears. And our other friend ordered the grilled salmon, with the green goddess dressin/ greek-esque veg. She ate every bit.Finished off the meal with gelato, and the sticky toffee bread pudding - do not miss out on the sticky toffee pudding, it is truly amazing. Loved everything about Bistro Central Parc, and plan on checking out the $25 "early bird prix fix" in the future.

I've never heard of this place until tonight. Had family friends wanting to get dinner for a bigger group so I found reservations online. I believe the only positive thing is that they had our table ready and we didn't have to wait. I was finally excited to try escargot from a restaurant in the Bay Area as I don't see it often and it's one of my favorite appetizers. Unfortunately all the appetizers were very bad. The mussels were SO fishy (this is coming from someone who doesn't mind the fishy-ness in seafood but this was just next level). The escargot had no taste. It was unseasoned and just tasted bitter if dipped in the oil. A little salt goes a long way. I had to dip it in the chimichurri that came with another dish. The crab cakes? Even worse! The outside crust was extremely mushy and the bell pepper taste was overwhelming to the point where I couldn't finish it. It didn't even look like a crab cake and when looking at the dish, you can't even see the crab cake under all the veggies they put on top. It was just very confusing dish. The one thing I did think was ok was the sea bass. I'm Asian so I'm used to bone in whole fish, so just be careful if you don't usually eat fish this way. Some of the other things I saw or tried at our table didn't look very appealing. The same orange chipotle sauce was served with many dishes and got boring after awhile. The service? Non existent. Especially for the restaurant not being full. We had to remind them for missing drinks, waited a long time to get assistance or the check, no one came back with water, they took our glasses and plates before we even finished for some reason. The paper straws (which I am not opposed to) don't work for this place if you're having more than one drink. It starts to bend and "melt" if you refill your cup. I had to take it out and just drink from my cup. They don't list their beers but ran out of some when trying to order next round of drinks...and it took a long time to get someone to give us a dessert menu. The food also took extremely long to come out. Let's just say I didn't finish the food. I would never order ANY appetizers if you were thinking about it, and would not come back. They only have wine and soju type drinks...I believe due to liquor license. It's important to note, which is no fault of the restaurant itself, but the parking is almost impossible here. We had to circle for a long time before finding something far away. Really wish we didn't cancel our reservation to come here because this was beyond disappointing.

I've come here twice now and it's honestly AMAZING. We get the three course deal and it comes with a salad, steak entree, and gelato. The salad is always so refreshing and good! The gorgonzola and strawberries and delish! The steak frites are to die for!! Literally a huge and generous portion of steak that's perfectly cooked and JUICY. And the gelato is unreal. It's so so so good in all the flavors and if I wasn't so full by dessert, I'd get 2nd and 3rd on the gelato. The vibes are so cute, it's perfect for date night, and the service is excellent. I am so excited for more meals here!

Came for the early bird dinner deal before 5:30PM and I would highly recommend!! $25 for a salad, entree, and scoop of gelato. The portions were generous and the servers were very attentive. The restaurant started filling up pretty quickly after 5:30 PM too so the early bird deal was the perfect time to go. I had a the Bistro Salad to start and it was perfectly dressed - not too much or too little dressing! For my entree, the Chicken Marsala. It came with mashed potatoes, asparagus, arugula, and the perfectly cooked chicken smothered in mushroom sauce. No notes! I had the Blackberry Sorbet for dessert and it was nice and tart. My friend had the salted caramel which was decadent and creamy. Can't go wrong with any of the choices.I'll be back for the steak dinner deal as well!!

Can't recommend this place enough. Immaculate vibe at night. Wonderful vibe in the day. Excellent waiters. Fast service. Decent prices. Twinkly lights and good food. In a good area which isn't so crowded and is easy enough to find parking nearby. In retrospect, maybe I'm biased as I came here 3 times in one week. That said, I brought different friends each time and they all raved about how cute and wonderful and delicious it was, so I feel like my feelings are based. They have an early bird dinner deal that I've wanted to try, but haven't gotten around to trying yet. This is a repeat, wonderful place to eat. You will not regret coming here!

Hmm, I think I should've read the reviews a little closer....and that would have probably hinted that brunch isn't exactly Bistro Central Parc's specialty. Having said that, we still enjoyed what we ordered, staff was friendly, and we were able to sit and enjoy Sunday brunch without any pressure so 3 stars on food and +1 on service. We ordered the truffle mushroom ravioli, the mushroom omelette, the shrimp omelette, and the blueberry pancakes as a family. Everything kind of had its pros and cons. The texture of the ravioli was excellent and you could definitely pick up the truffle essence. What I wasn't a huge fan of were the olives and roughly chopped chilis that physically elevated them on the plate. The olives looked really similar to the mushrooms but obviously were much saltier and didn't quite go with the creamy Calabrian chili sauce which was also a tad bit too salty in my opinion. 5 ravioli were a good portion size though. For the omelettes, I liked the thinness of the omelette but it seemed a little stingy overall in the ratio of egg to ingredients where there really wasn't enough egg. Eating seemed to be a bit of a struggle and not very cohesive. On the plus side, my mom was impressed at the use of medium shrimps in her shrimp omelette but felt like it was mostly bell peppers thereafter. Dad liked the combo of goat cheese and basil in the mushroom variant. My brother got the blueberry pancakes which were really fluffy. It featured a good amount of whole fresh berries, a generous scoop of sweet cream whipped cream, and a lot of berries whipped into the batter (it was positively purple). I think this was probably the best dish this time. All in all, we generally enjoyed the meal enough to peek at the dinner menu and that got us excited! The ribeye special looked appealing. And that $25 dinner special? Worth it, just on paper alone.Probably won't come back for brunch but certainly intrigued by dinner.

Had an AMAZING dinner here. My friends and I shared three entrees and each one of them was delicious. This place is a hidden gem in SF. Reservations were easy to make two days in advance, and there were plenty of seats available around 6:30 on a Thursday. Service was very good. Love the ambiance as well - very romantic lighting, nice seating, and a laid back vibe for dinner time. We ordered:- Mussels (5/5) cooked in white wine, which came with delicious toasted bread and tasty fries. - Truffle Ravioli (5/5) delicious!-Whole Seabass (5/5) perfectly cooked -Braised Short Ribs (5/5) tender meat -Sticky Toffee Bread Pudding (5/5) a perfect dessert, served with a scoop of ice cream -Pineapple Breeze cocktail (4.5/5) tasty and tropical

Not only does this place have the best deal for a 3 course meal at $25, but the prices are very, very reasonable for the food quality and ambiance of the restaurant. It's a little off the beaten path in a residential block of Nopa, and parking may be a little tough to find because of it. I also recommend reservations since it's a small place and can get filled quickly. I ordered a beef carpaccio, bouillabaisse, and a rib-eye 3 course. For starters, the 3 course salad was really good - it even came with tasty strawberries. The beef carpaccio appetizer is a must order; slice raw beef with bread and vinegar never tasted so good (even if its my first time). The beef was very fresh, and the presentation and quality makes it worth ordering. Plus it's a good opportunity to try raw beef! The bouillabaisse was pretty good, but if you ordered the dish before, it's pretty much the same thing. The portion size is pretty big, so come with a hungry tummy! The rib-eye is just, well a steak that was cooked to however you like it. I could go on with the juicy meat, etc. but it's a decent steak nonetheless. I liked how the fries weren't too thin, and are freshly fried. The chocolate gelato we ordered was so rich and creamy, I almost asked where they got it from. It wasn't too sweat, and taste like ice cream of higher quality.Service was very attentive and we were always greeted and served with smiles. They looked and dressed professional, and a little accent makes me feel like I'm no longer in SF but in Europe haha. To sum up, this is a cute little restaurant perfect for dates or small friend gatherings. The food quality, portions, environment, and prices are all very reasonable. The next time I am craving some french/italian food in the city, I know where to go!
