Banh Mi House

i got the chicken one and it's rlly good but when i ate it a bone stabbed tf out of my gums and i canf feel that part of my mouth rn but thas chill coz hashtag support small businesses store is pretty small but service is lowk fast if ur the only one there or smthimo its kinda pricy but idc coz i didn't pay for this LOL

I haven't been back here for years. Decided to give them a shot since I was in the area. I stood at the counter for about 2 minutes with no other customers inside other than myself. The staff member busy playing on her phone. I politely asked if I can get less ice on my Vietnamese iced coffee because I I know they put a lot of ice and I don't want 3/4 of my cup to be ice. I need the caffeine for a long shift. Despite me saying please, the staff member didn't respond verbally, and only nodded her head in contempt. When I received the cup of coffee, it was light iced indeed, but also only just above half a cup full. They did this to compensate because I politely asked for light ice. They act like their coffee is gold. Unbelievable. Oh yeah, the sandwich barely has any meat and is overpriced. Go figure. That's this business' MO. If this business is reading this, you guys really think doing this will help your business save? News flash, it doesn't. It will just only help you lose more customers, including me of course. In fact, I won't ever come back, and I will make sure my friends and family doesn't either. So I hope this business reads this and do the math. Who ends up on top? I hope you saving that half cup of coffee really help your business prosper.

Been a customer for a long time but recently began going across the street to the other viet sandwich shop. Their prices keeping going up and it's cash only. Just can't see myself returning bc of these factors. But the bread and meat is top notch. If you all ahead you can avoid the wait.

Overall the customer service was great. The Combination Banh Mi was really good. I was more hoping the Grilled Pork Banh Mi would've tasted more flavorful but it was a bit on the dry & bland side. The inside of the business was quite small, seating for a handful of people at the window facing the street, but its a small business any way, not much space is needed. Once you walk in, the counter is a couple of steps in.

Nice little spot for banh mi! Prices are very affordable here and size is just right. Their bread is really crunchy which I liked! Keep in mind they are CASH ONLY! Combination: 4/5Typical banh mi but it was delicious!5 Spiced Chicken: 3.5/5I wish there was more chicken in this sandwich but still a solid sandwich.

Solid bahn mi, came out fast! Super yummy strong-tasting Thai tea. Cash only. No frills, only a couple seats. Definitely a grab and go place.

I love their sandwiches here. They also make a delicious Thai tea better than most boba places. Parking is a bit hard to find since it's a busy street and the shop is located at the corner. I recommend calling and the. Double parking in front to pick up the food. They do make your drink when you arrive so be prepared to wait a minute or two. They have a selection of chips and drinks off to the side. Cash only but for a sandwich and Thai tea for less than 15$, I say it's worth it. The bread is also fresh and the ingredients are too. Inside is small and there are a couple seats by the window but I've never seen anyone eat inside. It's nice having a solid banh mi spot in the neighborhood that isn't overpriced. Will be coming here for a while.

One of my all time favorite Banh Mi spots in the city. For the longest time I was a huge banh mi hater after traveling to Vietnam as a child, but this place restored my hope and sparked the craving for Banh Mi's again. I can always rely on their friendly and quick customer service.

I always love a good banh mi and given that I live in Little Saigon, there are always so many options. I was visiting in SF and didn't know where to go until I stumbled on Banh Mi House on Yelp. The proportion of each ingredient in the pictures were so enticing and to my surprise, when I opened mine up, it looked almost identical to the pictures! Let's start with parking, it's pretty tough given the street parking situation, but I was lucky to find a spot after a few minutes of circling around. FYI, this spot is cash only too. I ordered the Combination Pork w/ Extra Pate (trust) and this came out to just under $10. The food came out quick and even after driving 20 mins home, it was perfect when I opened it up. The proportion of each layer of ingredient and then the flavors of each bite was so perfect and I can't believe I only got one to share with my fiancé. I will definitely be back again whenever I'm in the Bay Area but this is a true hidden gem!
