I always try to get the kouign-amann, but this mission feels more like a dream than reality! Because the pastries here are flakey, fluffy, and rich, so even when I end up ordering something else, I'm never disappointed. Lately, the seasonal almond croissant has been my go-to, and it's been absolutely satisfying every time.Whether for breakfast or an afternoon treat, this spot hits it right for a light meal. There's usually a line, but the service is inviting, making the wait for a table feel worth it! Classic favorite bakery!

Honestly, love this place so much. I have tried the ham and cheese croissant (actually so good OMG), kouign amann, almond croissant, egg salad toast, chocolate chip cookie, and a few other things that I cannot remember the name of. All in all, everything is good here and the line is never too long. I also appreciate how quick the service is despite the line. One of my favorite bakeries in the city, it is a classic that you can't beat.

the original kouign amann will always be #1 for me, but every year the exclusive flavors released for kouign amann day in June is exciting to look forward to! you'll find a good mix of tourists coming to visit one of the best bakeries in SF vs local residents coming for their usual coffee and pastry pick me up, which speaks to how great this bakery is! although the line is typically long, they have a good system in place to help the line go by quickly.*highly recommend ordering ahead online for pickup to avoid the lines**go to order: original kouign amann, ham & cheese croissant, and one of their delicious cake slices

Been here a few times now. I'm glad the wait isn't long in the mornings anymore. There is a line right when they open but it's short then later on in the day there isn't. For example, I came by on a Saturday morning for their lunar new year specials. Lined up at 8:05am and I was only in it for 10 mins. By 8:30am, there was nobody in line. You can also preorder their specials online for pick up but they were in box sets and you can't customize it. For LNY, I tried:Black sesame kouign Amman 9/10Pandan kouign amann 8/10Milk tea cake 7/10Pear chestnut cake 6/10 Yuzu black sesame tart 8/10

This is the best patisserie in sf! The quality is consistently good for years. They change up their flavors often so you won't get bored. They also have seasonal items that are exciting, especially the ones for lunar new year.Their Kouign Amans are too die for. Perfectly crispy and airy and buttery with not so sweet flavors. The black sesame ones are just perfect.Expect a line on the weekends but it's totally worth it.

Depending on when you come by, there can be a long line out front. I drove by early and there was quite a line but a couple hours later, it had died down. I was concerned things would be sold out but it didn't appear that way, I think they continuously bake throughout the day.I ordered a few of their chocolate banana almond croissants. When I read that combo, I had to try it. It's delicious! I loved it. Never had a croissant like it before. I also got an almond croissant which was good but the chocolate banana almond is far superior. We also got a chocolate hazelnut coffee cake and it was decadent and delicious. If you're a fan of pastries, definitely worth stopping by! Very kind service too.

Went to b. Patisserie this morning and ordered an assortment of pastries! The banana chocolate almond croissant was incredible alongside the pain suisse ! The Madeline, raspberry chocolate scone and kougn aman were also beautiful but the croissant and pain suisse were 15/10. So good and such fast service, not to mention delicious coffee

Seasonal kouign aman- it was mango passion fruit when I got it and it was really good. I would like to try its original one next time. The almond croissant was also very good and tasted "real" with good quality ingredients. If you liilke the crusty end of kouign aman they even sell it in store! Pop music was played in the bakery so it was pretty vibey. The cashier was really friendly and line moved fast. I appreciate the order and speed of the purchase experience.

The kouing armonn was spot on. It had a crisp and sweet outside with a flaky and buttery inside. I also got the pain suisse which had a nice chocolate filling but wasn't quite as good as the kouing armonn. We also grabbed a bagget for the road since it looked so good and it didn't disappoint. The outside crackled when pressed and the inside was just as fluffy as it looked. There was a decent line but it moved fast and we got our stuff heated up within a few minutes. There was seating everywhere which is a rarely at bakeries. The light atmosphere was pretty fitting and surprisingly the seating wasn't too packed.
