Let's not forget that imported items are more expensive - but the price here is better than other stores. As for normal items, good selection, open late considering it is a neighborhood market store. It's worth stopping here (for the locals & if you don't want to make your way to Safeway)

They seem too busy watching videos to hear what customers ask them for then they rush to get back to their videos.I won't be shopping at this dirty place again.

The funniest thing is that they run a Brazilian store and they don't even speak Portuguese, yet it's ran way better than the Brazilian owned stores. Keep it up guys! I don't shop there more often because I moved further, otherwise it would be my go to for Brazilian stuff. A lot of selection, by the local standards of Brazilian groceries and a price that is not too expensive. Note that I didn't write cheap, it's still overpriced. Not by much, but overpriced nonetheless.

This is one of the best places to get your brazilian groceries in the SF/Peninsula! They usually have a better selection of items than other places and are overall way more friendly. They are pricey, but I will gladly pay it knowing that I can 9 times out of 10 get what I'm looking for and that I'll get good service too!

I live in the area, stopped in to pick up a few essentials on my way home... WOWOWOWOWOWOW............ Terrible. The food items I bought were mostly inedible. So much for convenience.. i took it back to the store and the owner refused to give me my money back, despite acknowledging that the product was inedible. He said he wasn't responsible ............ FOR THE ITEMS HE SELLS IN HIS OWN STORE. Wouldn't budge on it. The item wasn't even reasonably priced. There goes my $6. No, six bucks ain't a whole lot of money, but lets face it, every penny counts these days. And it sucks big time to lose $6 for no fault of your own. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Don't go there. Very bad service. The guy doesn't care that you are his customer. Very rude also. Avoid as you can.

The rating says it all, "As good as it gets". I happen to live around the area myself and drop in all the time- mainly because the owners' are very nice people. (The previous owner was also nice) Also, it's convenient for me since they pretty much carry all of the essentials. I give this place a 5 star because on Holidays, when all the other stores are closed (Safeway, Lucky's), they are always open running on regular store hours.
