I'm writing in response to the review left by Sean C.Hi Sean, the owner would like to thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and appreciates your comments. Here are some of his remarks :Steel forks will be provided upon request. Thank you for this feedback. Many customers have enjoyed the beef, nonetheless the owner appreciates and acknowledges your feedback. The owner does not smoke. We believe this person was the husband of the employee. The employee states that this person smoked outside, but may have carried the smell of smoke indoors. The owner wasn't there at the time, so can't say with certainty what happened. Nonetheless, the owner is attempting to address this issue.Thank you once again for taking your time to post a review. The owner hopes you come back again and give the place another try .

I walked in and the owner was smoking inside of the restaurant. That should've been the red flag. But it's 3 pm and this is my first meal. Too hungry to go elsewhere. I got the Taiwanese noodle soup. The food was bland and served with freezer burned beef. Didn't have any silverware. Had to eat with a plastic fork.

Newish restaurant that serves a small variety of dishes featuring Dongbei, Taiwanese and Japanese dishes. We came by around noon on a recent Monday and the place was closed. We later ordered delivery for dinner. Although they serve a small menu, their food is pretty good.*Bejing Pancake - crispy, light, flaky and slightly chewy that comes in layers.*Manchuria pork dumplings - yummy dumplings and the skin is not too thick. *Desert sandwich - they ran out, so they gave us another order of the Manchuria pork dumplings.*Manchuria pork buns - delicious*Porcupine red bean buns - nice and sweet*Japanese BBQ Pork Ramen - the noodles have a nice chew, the half egg is perfect, and tasty chashu. Nice broth.Located on Geary Blvd and 33rd Ave.

Service: i came here to pickup an online order and the man behind the counter told me no order had come in. I then told my husband to send me the order details, prompting him to open the DoorDash app and see his order hadn't processed. The order came buzzing in and the man got to work on it right away. He offered me a drink while i was waiting, on the house, which i refused since it's not at all his fault that our order didn't send. How sweet of him though i wish customers didn't so often fault the small businesses for either their or the 3rd party's mistake. Food: spectacular! Exactly the brothy noodle soup you crave on a cold sf day. Ambiance: super clean inside while i waited.

When AnAn's had the soft opening months ago, I ordered a Japanese BBQ Pork Ramen to go with boba drink as complimentary. The ramen was delicious. Last week I decided to check this place again after my YMCA class. I saw a new menu posted on the window which was the All You Can Eat Dim Sum Buffet for $25. Jackson is the owner and he is friendly. I ordered the dim sum to go that was good for two people. It would be nice if they had some veggies. The pork with sauce was delicious over rice. All the dim sum was good that I ate them by myself for two days. The restaurant has about 6 tables and clean. This is a comfort food place since it's on the way home. I recommend this place for hot soup, dumplings and dimsum.

Got the Taiwanese beef noodle. Homemade broth. Not at all salty. I drank most of the broth. It had tiny little cubes of tofu. A bunch of spinach. 8 cubes of very tender beef. Seemed like won ton noodles. A little tablespoon of corn. Good portion for $16. If you go now, they include a free drink. I got the thai ice tea without boba.

Convenient noodle joint with a friendly owner. Not ideal for vegetarian diets, but for pork and meat eaters the menu will suit you fine. Service is friendly although the environment is rather sterile. It is definitely a limited lunch menu with noodles, pancakes, and dumplings the primary fare.Prices are in the low teens for a bowl of Ramen noodles.

Go check out this spot if you're craving yummy home-made Chinese food. The pork dumplings were authentically northern Chinese. So good I even took some frozen ones to go. The noodles are healthy and hearty as well. Will definitely go back. P.s. if you go now they have a free drink promotion

New spot in the neighborhood. Check them out and show support! Tried their dumplings and Taiwanese beef soup broth was good and thick. Flavors on a lighter side but it's because they try to stay away from MSG, and make everything more "homey" rather than restaurant feel. My dramatic skin felt and looked great, which mean no MSG was added, or levels of it were very low. Loved that sauces and condiments were already on tables. Owner is very fun and friendly. They have some local specials and promos. Food made to order, so will take some time but worth to wait 15 min.
