A Black Tie Affair Catering

Black Tie catered a big luncheon in our church celebrating our 175th anniversary. They were flexible in planning and helpful in every step of the way. The food was delicious and well served, and most importantly, not overly expensive. The servers they sent went way beyond their requirements helping at the event in many unexpected ways in a friendly manner. My church highly recommends them.

I used A Black Tie Affair for many work events and was always pleased with their food and service. This past Thanksgiving, I was finally able to use them personally. Ordering was easy and they switched out a pie for a salad since I had desserts already covered. When I dropped by to pick up that morning, I was surprised at how much food they provided for their family thanksgiving meal. Everyone was impressed and really enjoyed how delicious the food was, and I was happy that everything was hot and ready to serve. I hope to use them for more events in the future and highly recommend checking them out.

The best catering company around we had our wedding catered by A Black Tie Affair it was super delicious. The set up was so quick and easy, their dishes and utensils as well. The taste of the food was on point. Thank you everyone!Janet

So our Holiday lunch was picked out by our management and their choice was bbq box lunch.Just because you put bbq sauce on meat does not make it bbq!The food was cooked in an oven and masked with sauce:( Ribs were flavorless along with the chicken! The only three items that were decent were the mash potatoes,corn on the cob, and the caesar salad.I have had catering from here one other time and it was not good at all.I am giving you three stars because 3 out of 5 items were decent but nothing to brag about.I dont eat cheesecake so I cannot review that.I would not use this service if I was hosting an event.

A Black Tie Affair Catering has been I'm the SF/SSF community for 30+ years. They recently started offering high end restaurant quality dinners for pick-up or free local delivery. Scrumptious meals in generous portions! Staff are both courteous and professional.

Very happy with both the setup and the food. Jenny made it so easy to customize and update the plans. At the end, we had a beautiful surprise birthday party at home with 30 attendees, and multiple guests commenting on how good the food was. Appreciate it!

All the food from the hors d'oeuvres to the main dishes to the desserts were all delicious! If I had a Tupperware to take food home I would've! Well organized and a very friendly staff

I hosted a house party for 50 people. The staff from A Black Tie Affair took care of absolutely everything. Guests loved the food, eating every morsel. Thank you to Jenny, Fran, Marcela, and Willie; you all made our party a memorable experience!

The food is amazing! On-time delivery and great service. They always do their best to accommodate any changes (even when it's last minute) I have. Thanks to Fran and the staff for always making it special.
