Wing Stop

Decided to give wing stop another try & yet again it reminded me of why I never go there. I ordered the 15 piece boneless combo with fries & it was $30!!!! It was totally not worth it. The chicken is super salty & way too crispy. We waited about 30 mins and the staff weren't really friendly when I went up to ask if my order had been called since it's hard to hear if you sit in the back tables. I gave it 2 stars because the fries were good & I liked the soda machine with the touch screen with different options of drinks.

Strictly rating food since I ordered via Uber eats.Can't complain about the higher price since it's different on the Uber eats app.We ordered the Boneless meal deal (20 boneless, 1 side, 2 sauces), corn, and cheese fries. We got ranch for our sauces and regular fries. Flavors we chose was plain, garlic Parmesan, and Hawaiian. Plain was crispy despite being delivery, however, my parents thought they were salty still. Great to dip in ranch.Garlic Parmesan is my favorite, greasy and garlicky and salty. Not my parents favorite though and a bit crispy still.Hawaiian was way too gooey and sour. Not sweet enough to balance the intense sourness. Also had a few very tiny pieces that were mostly breading even if there were a few replacing one. Didn't enjoy this one (minus a star).Fries weren't crispy anymore (maybe a few of the thin ones were), kind of expected with delivery. But cheese fries were very soggy. Sauce didn't have much flavor (?) so minus a star.Corn was still a little spicy? I ordered for my toddler and removed Cajun and it seems regular seasoning might still have chili so he didn't eat any. Not really their problem since I should've gotten it unseasoned just in case. Ranch is still great, it hasn't changed.

I would give zero stars if I could. Waited well over an hour for just 15 boneless wings and not a single worker looked like they gave a damn. Some workers were on their phone right in front of us patrons too. Wild! Definitely ain't coming back to this location

Waiting to order while the employee is on the phone discussing his schedule and employee business with his boss who knows how long .Very unprofessional especially in front of customers Good thing I have an hour lunch and was there to grab a gift certificate for one of my coworkers for Christmas.

Service was not the best and then we talk about the important part THE FOOD!!! Fries were very very salty not able to eat at allCorn was not seasoned and corn was very sweet Hamburger and wings were not the best very dried I dont recommend this place at all

I ordered 1 hour ago and I am still waiting for my food. On a Tuesday. Not doing this ever again.

Waiter an HOUR to get my food... Absolutely never again. Avoid at all costs... The employees were bickering & arguing in front of everyone. If the food is gonna take this long, you need to communicate to people before they check out that its gonna be an hour long!!!

Horrible service. Forgot utensils, sauce, and corn. Food was cold and nasty as well. Trying to contact customer service.

Walked in at 6:40pm with One person in line. The guy in front didn't get his order taken until 7:00pm. During those 20 minutes the cashier was talking to two employees who were already off the clock, I didn't know till afterward when the two ladies shouted with no etiquete to their coworkers "thank you for helping even though we did everything". This comment was a direct reflection of this establishment. Dirty dinning room with tables full of trash, trash cans overfilling to the floor, and the kitchen was very messy. By 7:15pm I still had not got my order taken and left the establishment. 35 minutes and still no order rung in, I can only imagine their expedite time. There was no leadership in the establishment and it showed. As someone in management this experience was a catastrophe I can only use when trying new hires moving forward.

The ranking scale is out of 1-5 but if I could I would give these fellows a 0. Not only was the service terrible with the wait time being around an hour, but the workers were moving around slow and kept customers coming. (I wouldn't even want to be those people) . The food was mediocre with them messing up our order where we're spent $ 38.50 on two 10 piece combo meals but only received one. The fries were seasoned with sugar instead of salt. Words cannot explain my sheer anger . Recommend to those who WANT a bad experience!!!
