Sat at the bar on Friday night with a girlfriend. We were well taken care of by David, attentive and friendly. My friend got the Aperol Spritz and I got a N/A IPA beer. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of options for non alcoholic drinks. We shared the sashimi, Steak Tiradito, Patatas Bravas, Pan Tomate, and finished with the cake. Everything was delicious and came out quickly. The patatas bravas were my favorite- a must order. Bar stools were definitely not made for a long visit, I can't wait to come back and relax at a table with a bottle of wine.

I went here a couple times and had the best experience ever. Amazing service when my sister and I sat at the bar. We ordered wine and small plates that were amazing and super filling. One of the few tapas places in the area as well... BUTMy last experience I went out with 4 girlfriends after work and we were treated horribly by a waitress. Messing up our orders, acting as if we were burdens to her, etc. Super surprising based on previous experiences. Might rethink going back as this was such a negative experience.

Adorable little gem of a restaurant. Went here for Saturday brunch with a girlfriend. The service was wonderful. Attentive, knowledgeable and super friendly. Server enjoyed her job and she was good at it.The food was lovely. Seemed to have French and Spanish influences, and the wine menu was on point.Only thing I wouldnt recommend is their pre-batched cocktails, which honestly are more than likely never great. They were extremely sweet and lacked the personality of a drink made by a bartender. The wine menu is extensive enough you won't miss the cocktails. Ambiance was adorable. Indoor and covered patio seating was lovely for a beautiful afternoon.Overall if you're looking for a spot in Encinitas with its own vibe off the corporate crap path this place is great! Will be back

We love Mediterranean food and sharing so we can try a greater variety of food. This restaurant is clean, cozy and airy. Staff is friendly and courteous. Food was delicious and brought to the table fast. We enjoyed every bite! We had mussels in wine sauce, shrimp in garlic sauce, smashed artichokes, tomato salad, patatas bravas, lamb meatballs and wienerschnitzel.

Located right off the 101, this is a cute, chic-casual restaurant with a spacy and low lit feel. It could be perfect for date night, dinner with friends or to celebrate important occasions. Parking is located along the road. They have a strict 2 hour time limitation policy, which made no sense to us because the restaurant was 3/4 empty while we were there. The server was nice and was able to guide us through the menu and our drink choices in depth. I got the Riesling which was pretty good. My friend tried a bunch of different wines before she settled on the Albarino, which was close to a Sauvignon Blanc. For food, we got a bunch of different tapas plates. The corn and coriander soup was a Chef's kiss. Warm, flavorful without being too punchy, like a warm summer night's hug. The patatas bravas were different from what I expected them to look like, but they were pretty tasty. The Codorniz was a nice little surprise - Spanish quail presented as one would a chicken wing. The tamarind sauce was a little salty which made it harder to finish this quickly. But, overall, I enjoyed the meat a lot. It was also falling off the bone pretty easily, which is what I like my wings to be like. The Tomaquet con Iberico was a bruschetta presentation of Iberian ham on tomato bread. Personally, I would've liked more than just ham and bread. They have an interesting menu and I'll be back to try some more options. I do wish they remove the 2 hour dining limit. The server coming back to keep us moving the menu felt rushed. I understand having this rule for a bigger group, but doesn't make sense for 2 people looking to have an easy, relaxed dinner.

Great spot, especially for an intimate dinner or date! I've been here 4 times and it's always a special experience. They have a nice selection of wine & tapas. The food is well presented and unique. I love the candlelit atmosphere and intimate vibes. Make sure to reserve, especially for Fridays or weekend nights, because it gets booked up easily!

What a charming black and white decorated restaurant with a mélange of beautiful flavors in every dish! We had the strangely tasty anchovy toast, broccolini salad, and albondigas meatballs for our starters, and then we shared the Seabass. Everything could not have been tastier! Our server, Camille, checked in on us often, and we got to have a little pleasant conversation! We arrived at 6 PM and by seven, every table was filled up! This charming restaurant on the 101 place made it through the Covid era as a new restaurant then, it's a testimony to the excellent cuisine! We drove 45 minutes to go there and we will do it again! Do not miss out on this gem! The old-fashioned and sangria cocktails were excellent as well!

Wow wow wow what a meal!!! My fiancé and I were completely blown away by the food here. Almost everything was *chefs kiss* and probably one of the best meals we've had in San Diego (and we go out to eat A LOT). Everything we got for appetizers were truly phenomenal. The tomato toast with ham - YUM. You won't regret the mussels (add the bread on the side!). ABSOLUTELY MUST ORDER PATATAS BRAVAS!!! I usually steer away from patatas bravas because they tend to be too dry but the way these are made and sliced so thin was sooooo delicious. For entrees we got the steak & potatoes and the sea bass. The steak was cooked beautifully but the potatoes were the star of the show for me. Mashed potatoes are easy to ruin and get mushy but these were still chunky and the plate was perfectly balanced. The seabass was disappointing however. I've never had this type of fish before but I'm not sure if it was supposed to be rubbery? The skin was extremely difficult to remove as well. I just didn't care for it but everything else was incredible.

Pros- Ordered the Arroz del Senyoret (Gentleman's Rice) and it was OUTSTANDING. Think of paella, but made for a single serving. The seafood was really well cooked and tender. Rice crust provided a wonderful texture without being burnt.- Mojito was tasty- My server Jessica was attentive and pleasant without hovering.Con- Seating at the bar was REALLY tight. I'm only 5'6" and felt cramped.

The quality of the food was very disappointing, and the choices for vegetarian dishes was very limited if any at all, we will not return because of the attitude of the managerHe was very dismissive of what we said to him
