Service was great.. unfortunately the food was lacking a bit. The fried rice wasn't fried it was basically steamed rice with soy sauce making it a bit salty and paired with the beef wasn't the best. However, after complaining of the saltiness, they did replace the bowl with white rice. So much better. The teriyaki chicken bao was lacking too. It was (not grilled) diced chicken with sauce, the flavor was okay, just needed the chicken to a the grilled or pan fried. The orange chicken was the better option of the three. Overall, it wasn't horrible.

The only eatery that offers boba near my conference event in seaport village... This is getting two stars because of the quality of drinks. Other than that, the service was quick since they have boba on tap like a slushee machine at 7/11 but that really does impact the quality. I got my two orders of mango boba and taro boba for my colleague with 2 minutes. Chilled but the taste was mediocre and the pearls weren't fresh... We barely drank it but needed the sugar rush. Sitting near the venue isn't something I would recommend since there's a swam of flies above their table seating. Would definitely order something other than their drinks.

Not sure if they recently upped their game, or if previous reviewers went on bad days, but my visit to Tuk Tuk was great!- PARKING -There are paid lots around the Seaport Village area - be mindful of pay stations and make sure you remember your time limit!- SERVICE/ENVIRONMENT -The only gripe I had was the environment because there were a ton of flies swarming the little corner Tuk Tuk is tucked away in. It made the eating experience less appetizing, but luckily it cleared up a little as more people walked through. Staff were very friendly and it did not take long for items to come out once we ordered.- FOOD -Sticky Wings: We got the Garlic Parmesan and Jamaican Jerk flavors - I liked the Garlic Parm more, but it tasted more like buttery Garlic than Parmesan. Jamaican Jerk has a kick to it, but there was a spice that just wasn't up my alley - still good though! The wings were very crispy on both flavors!Baos: We got the BBQ Pork and the Mongolian Beef. I preferred the BBQ Pork as it had a nice sear on the meat, and good flavor all around. The Mongolian Beef reminded me more of Bulgogi in terms of flavor, but it was still good.Bowl: We ordered the Noodles with Orange Chicken and Tofu. Their Tofu is marinated overnight in their house sauce, and it was delicious! Their Orange Chicken isn't quite the same as the flavor you find in another chain restaurant, but they do it well on their terms - similar to their wings, the Chicken pieces were crispy! I wish there was more sauce on the noodles, but still good.Boba: We got Taro and Thai Tea - I liked the Taro one more whereas my fiance liked the Thai Tea more. Their boba is pretty decent considering they aren't a boba shop!- OVERALL -I think people should give Tuk Tuk another chance - it's a small business and I'm sure they have off days as well!

Bao buns: Bolgogi meat was tough, bland. Didn't taste like bolgogi. Chicken felt rubbery. The buns themselves fell apart. Service was good and fast.

Beautiful surroundings, eating under the trees at Seaport. My beef bulgogi was simple, clean, and delicious over white rice with red peppers and broccoli.

Tuk Tuk Eatery was probably the worst Asian food I've ever had. They have a sign stating, "Please be patient, we make fresh food, not fast food." Let me tell you, I wish I had ordered fast food; at least you know what to expect. I had the Mongolian beef and noodles, and it tasted nothing like Mongolian beef. One star is too much for this place. I don't recommend it.

I went here a few weeks ago and got a Bulgogi bowl and wings. I can't remember what flavor the wings were but they had a nice crisp to them... though I felt the flavor was lacking. however, the two people I was with, loved them. The bowl I felt was pretty basic. I have definitely had better bulgogi. This bowl seemed to be lacking the quality that I'm used to when I eat something of that sort. The service was OK as it's just a window order and wait until your number is called. However I love that you can order, pick up your food, and eat wherever you'd like. I got an Oceanside view at sunset and that was fantastic!

We were going around in the seaport village on the Christmas Day and really surprised that many stores were open! We decided to visit Tuk Tuk Eatery for a quick snack. We ordered their pork Bao Buns, sweet potato fries, and Thai tea boba. Definitely not authentic Asian food place. The pork Bao buns were wet at the bottom. The pork was not bad, but the presentation and execution could be better. The Thai tea wasn't really Thai tea either, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy our snacks although the sweet potatoes fries were good as expected.

I was really excited for the bao but then it turned out to be a major disappointment. They have a sign that says that they're not fast food and food is made to order so be patient. I appreciate that that food is fresh and made to order but they were not kidding when food will take awhile. I waited 30 minutes for my one order of bao and there was only one person in front of me. I got the char siu bao. The char siu was not authentic at all and didn't even taste even slightly like char siu. It was thick cut and very fatty meat. It's overpriced for what it is.The name is a little misleading as it sounds Thai but serves more Chinese food.

Their teriyaki chicken is okay. Their white rice is sushi rice with vinegar? Not sure if it's intentional.
