The Weevil Burger

We've been coming here since before it changed to "Weevil Burger." It's a no frills burger place. You walk in and they say to you " Sit anywhere you like..." The waitresses are nice and are very attentive. They have a wide selection of items, from sliders up to a 1.5lb burger to shrimp baskets, Philly steaks and more. They have a decent selection of draught beers and they are always cold!There are plenty of large tv's and there is always sports plating if there is a game on. Only suggestion is, if you get fries or tater tots, ask for them to be crispy. they stay hot longer and have better texture.

We were in the area and Weevil Burger looked interesting. It was. A throwback in time kinda place. Big, roomy, banquet chairs and red leatherette booths. They are known for their steer burger. And that's what we both ordered. One was the double cheeseburger 1/4 pound and the other was the 1/2 pound bacon blue cheese burger. Our server was friendly and efficient. She always had a smile. She brought out a huge tray of condiments for us the use. Fresh sliced onion, pickles, and the works. The food was hot and fresh and came with what felt like a head of lettuce and a lot of tomatoes. Now... the 1/4 pound burger was dry, but tasty. I'd stick with the 1/2 pound burgers. Much more juicy. BUT... the 1/2 pound burgers don't come with a side so no fries. Seems like a cheap route to go here for the money. That said the fires that came with the 1-4 pound burger were good as were the few onion rings that also came with it. Service was great. Food was good. If you are in the area worth a stop.

Seriously - stay away from here. 90% of my reviews are 5 stars, but this place doesn't deserve even 1. The staff was rude and dismissive, the food took 35 minutes to arrive and was overcooked and cold, and we got ripped off for $60 for two burgers, one drink and one order of fries. The receipt was not itemized and they tried to include a tip without permission. Total dump with bad attitudes and terrible food while ripping you off. NOPE

Food was as expected. Service was nothing to write about. Pool tables were fun. They need music or a jukebox it would make the place so much better.

One star for the waitress bc she was nice! We got burgers, nothing special about it. It tasted like frozen patties. I don't like how the serve the condiments. It comes on a plate, and it just go around the restaurant! No telling whos been touching it. And it's time to remodel the restaurant.

Burgers are great! I had the smaller cheeseburger and it was huge. I love the condiments tray they bring out with your meal. The chili cheese fries are really good too. Dinner for 2 is round $50 with tip

Nice family oriented Pretty cute lil sport bar spot. Food was delicious, shakes was delicious as well. Good customer customer services. We feel very welcome. Good crowds & will definitely be back

Very close to the original Bill Weevils with a somewhat expanded menu. Good service and they handle large groups well. Great vibe inside.

Great food and service, very refreshing! Condiments take us back to when Boll Weevil began!

When I just want a good no frills Hamburger . This is where I go ! Service is good , and it's old school style Ambiance eating area! I like how they put a tray with condiments out on table! Good Peppers !
