We decided to come here after dinner because the pictures made it look unique and we liked that it had a pool table. The first floor had a bar and different seating areas. The second floor also had a bar and had a cool room for the pool table that had bookshelves and big chairs. It had a great window space with a street view of gaslamp. The ceiling just outside that room was painted and had pink and purple lights on it. It was a bit speak easy feeling and had great decor throughout. The tables had big connect 4 on the tables as well. The music was mostly 80s music and the rooms were brighter until 9pm. At 9pm it turned into more club like music and the lights were dimmed. A server came to our table and took our drink orders. The bar was close to our table and it took quite some time to get our 3 drinks. The vodka triple sec drink was watery and not very good. The blackberry mojito had great flavor and chunks of blackberries that were tasty. The Paloma was good as well with fresh grapefruit juice. The service was slow and she didn't do much for us. Overall, it's a great vibe in there and I'm glad we stopped in.

Tl;dr be wary of the Tipsy Crow and ask for an itemized receiptMy friends and I went to to the Tipsy Crow over Labor Day weekend on Saturday night. We had a fine enough time but were WAY overcharged for drinks. I ordered two tequila sodas. I did not call my liquor, I mention that to make it clear it's not like I asked for top shelf tequila, and yet somehow the two drinks, with tip, ended up being over $50. To be fair to the bar, in the moment, I remember being surprised but I signed and tipped without thinking too hard about it. But when I looked at my credit card statement a couple days later, I had questions. I called the bar and asked if they could help me understand how two drinks could end up being that much, if they could send me an itemized receipt, etc. I gave them my name, last four digits of my credit card, and time of transaction. The guy I spoke with said he'd look into it but couldn't guarantee he could find my receipt. It's a little weird that in this day and age someone can't guarantee they can find a receipt given all the information I provided. Still, I'm hoping this gets resolved and if it does, I'll update my review.

This was my second time in Tipsy Crow and hands down this is my favorite spot in Gaslamp. The concept of having a three floor bar where each level has its own vibe is amazing and I wish more places did that. My group mostly stayed in the bottom club level and had a great time! 100% recommend this place if you're in the area

I had a great time last after dinner at the tipsy crow. They had a ska/punk/jazz kind of band playing some cover in their underground floor. The space was perfect for the amount of people so it didnt feel too crowded. I got a dirty martini with Tito's vodka. It was good, I enjoyed the time here

Cute bar in the Gaslamp district in San Diego! Good beers, great cocktails! Live music and very friendly servers. I stopped by as I liked the interior and then liked the menu and so on. Very much worth a try. Cocktail to try is whiskey Merengue...delicious. Only downside is that the Tipsy Crow can get loud due to live music

We were looking for a late night drink last Tuesday night. One of the people I was with found this place. For a Tuesday it was little busy. My main complaint is that there was only one bartender and it took forever to get one drink which is why we decided to leave the bar after we were done with our first round. There was a lot of wait time, first for the bartender to get our order and then the order of drinks to be given. The drinks were very aesthetic and really good. The bar looks pretty cool and there's even games. I am not sure if I would come back because of the bad service.

The many places of the Gaslamp can be one of the many great places and the way the drinks are made, and the food can be designed for the way places and the clubs have some of the best foods are ready for the lunch times and the dinner hours. The many clubs and the different pubs that have the small plates with some of the best drinks with the best in starters and the appetizers to go along with the drinks some of the best. One club that had caught my attention is located in the with the outside colors of the white and yellow outside colors it gave more of the British and the Louisianna style type of bar where you could have the best drinks with the best food from the hot plates to the cold plates. One way to try was to go out on the Friday and to look over the many clubs there are many that have the flavors of the Gaslamp and the food that goes great with the weekends and the best food that you can start off with the best starters or have the best in Meatballs. I had arrived by way of the trolley to the Gaslamp when you live in the National City area the Trolley can take you pat the many areas of the traffic jams when I had arrived at the Gaslamp Quarter, I was able to walk up from the trolley station arriving at the Tipsy Crow seeing the people inside as I approached the front door they asked me for my ID they told me that they have open menu of the food they serve. The greeting at the front door I was greeted and welcomed by the security when I had asked about the drinks. When I had walked in the club the long bar and the many bottles of the different alcohols with the size of the bar and the club, they have downstairs and the one that they have upstairs is one place you have one of the best times with coworkers and the weekends are the best. I found tables that were not being used when bartender saw me sitting an asked me what I wanted to order I went and sat at the bar the bartender gave me a menu that looked very simple with the many dishes that some of them were sliders. The many hot dishes and share dishes they have at the Tipsy Crow the food and the prices of what I had seen on the menu I had went through and ordered a Guiness to have with the food and the not my mother's meatballs that was with three meatballs with Marinara sauce and cheese bread on the side. The one thing that they have is a blooming bread almost as the blooming onion that is loaded with a three-cheese blend and the sour cream. Looking at the bar area and the way drinks were handled the serving of drinks the bartender was short of doing the correct pours serving beers that was flat. The Guiness that was served to me was from a can to a chilled glass it was a few minutes when the food arrived with the meatballs with side cheese bread and grated cheese. The food selection they have at the Tipsy Cros is great for the coworkers and the friends' groups with the blooming bread the best baked sour dough with the mix of cheeses and the sour creme at the bottom great flavor yet when you serve sour dough you don't serve ranch dip. Bryanna the bartender5 that had helped me at the bar and the service was very good behind the bar kept clean with the many drinks she had to make the bartender kept all things cleaned. The style of the club and the interior gave the impression of the Louisiana style and the New York style club and restaurant the club with the two club areas with the upstairs area and the downstairs zone great for corporate parties and the date nights. As a Yelp Elite Reviewer, the first time at the Tipsy Crow for the food and the drinks they serve it gave me a clear picture and the feel of the club the food it gives one that of the club feel and the night club feel. With the times that I have seen the Tipsy Crow the club location has been one full house, and the line of people has been one the many lines showing me the location is well liked, and the club events are held at the Tipsy Crow.

One of the pretty decent bars in Gaslamp. They have 3 levels, we were on the main floor. It gives you an Old- Style Saloon vibe when you walk in. There is no cover charge. There was live music and he was taking requests that he would sing and play the guitar A group of 30+ came, it was my cousin's birthday, the bartenders were excellent. They were fast, made excellent drinks, and made sure we were taken care of. Tipsy Crow has a great selection of liquor that is displayed behind the bar. This was one of the spots on our bar crawl before dinner plans. It was busy but not overly crowded on a Friday evening. It was located less than 10 mins from our hotel.

Good drinks This was a nice spot for drinks. When we arrived there was a lot of people and one bartender holding it down. She managed to have drinks out quickly and they were good. The pretzel was warm and everything you would expect from one. The cheese sauce tasted like a standard pre made cheese sauce but it wasn't bad. It also came with a honey mustard that was very delicious. Overall a good time
