Great healthy choice of food for any occasion if you decided to pick a good diet for your body, they got everything from salad to protein bowl, wraps plus super food and juices.My work ordered lunches for everyone from Greenspot and they did a great catering, my Ichiban bowl, got some nice dressing, substitute soba noodles to quinoa, of course you can't go wrong with grass fed beef, although it was a little dry, that is my only complaint, because the entire bowl was just perfect as is for a quick yet nutritious meal.

The freshest food you'll find in town. I really wish they were open on the weekends, but they still get 5 stars from me! Great food.

I used to love this place, especially when they had the Mission Valley location. The steak doesn't taste the same. The quality isn't the same. I spent way too much money on these salads for it to hit this different. Definitely won't be back!

Had a build your own salad with chicken and it was amazing. You pick six items from a large selection. I highly recommend this place

This is a nice little cafe inside a commercial building filled with offices/commercial surrounding areas. It's right off the freeway on the 1st floor.They have salads, wraps, drinks, and snacks. Their food and drink items are more on the healthier side, but they're surprisingly pretty good! My son got a steak wrap that came with yellow rice, which he said he liked. I got the BLT caesar wrap with sauce on the side. It was pretty much a salad inside a wrap, which I enjoyed. The girl wrapping it did a great job since I thought she overfilled it and the wrap would burst, but it didn't.There's limited seating inside, but they do have a nice outside patio with plenty of tables. It's nice and quiet and there's not much traffic with cars or people since it is inside a nice commercial area.

Luv coming here, would come more often if I were rich, best tomato soup and I try to get it every time with the Farmhouse or the California Turkey wrap. Friendly staff, nice patio.

I have been ordering food from this place for a few years and this is why. I work with physicians who tend to be picky about the food so I want to make sure I provide something that is healthy, fresh and consistently good.Occasionally I have to provide food for people with severe allergies. I trust that Micah and his team will work in an abundance of caution to prepare and label the food appropriately.I highly recommend for the office or a picnic at the beach the vibe is always upbeat and the food delicious.... sorry it took so long to write a review!

Great food and a fantastic value. The salads are craveworthy, fresh and made to order and staff are stellar, friendly and helpful. There are these beautiful picnic tables for outdoor seating, and plenty of free street parking. It has become a regular splurge for me (healthy, tasty, and great value - what more can be asked?)

Love the salad spot. One salad lasts me 3 meals. Very hardy. Service great I usually have delivered but went in one day. Such nice servers
