The Go Go Truck

Everything was so good!! Tried the Tri-Tip sandwich. They give a lot of good quality steak with sauce, pickled onion and arugula. Everything all together had great flavor. I could use just a tad bit more aioli in it. Go-Go potatoes are a good side or even a snack on its own. Potatoes were cooked so perfectly. The service from the lady was friendly. Can't wait to cross paths with their food truck again.

Hearty and healthy sandwiches, salads, grain and polenta bowls with a gourmet flair. It's not a deli on wheels, it's much nicer food and you won't find cold cuts here. Only real meats, vegetables, and higher end flavors. The pulled pork sandwich I tried was very good. The employees also provided great service and were very friendly.

A clean food truck with fabulous food. The menu seems simple but the flavors and quality are outstanding. My favorite is the Grain Bowl. Warm fluffy farro with tri-tip, arugula and a tangy sauce. It's so perfect, addictive and one of my favorite dishes to enjoy. Their food has an endearing quality. The Fried Chicken Sandwiches, one of which I ordered and quickly ate, the bacon on it is nuts! So tasty (yeah, I thought I photographed it,nope! Haha!) The chicken sandwiches and tri-tip sandwich make my mouth drool just thinking about them, the flavors and textures of these combinations somehow make a simple sandwich so crave-able. I love the quality of the food and fast service. This is one of my favorite trucks that I rarely see. They were very friendly, helpful, and humble about their food; and the respect for their food showed in how other people who had ordered were recommending their favorites. I'm so glad this truck exists, kudos for making food taste so great. Im addicted the GOGO truck

Really good pulled pork sando! Great amount of pulled pork, saucy but not to the point where it made the bun soggy. The only critique for flavor was that it was a bit too sweet for my liking! Could maybe have used a lot more spice to even it out or more slaw (although that was kinda sweet too). We had this at Orphelia winery in Esco so obviously great views! 15$ & no sides, but I think that's pretty standard since they gave us a lot of meat. I asked for pickles on the side and I'm pretty sure they upcharged me for a few slices baby slices. I asked for 2 separate containers (cuz my friend and I split it) and they told me to rip of the lid to make two plates lol....like okay...thanks...

I order a chicken sandwich from this place without reading the ingredients. I just asked for a chicken sandwich. When I got it I noticed it had bacon on it. I understand that was my fault. I walked over to the lady and said " I am so sorry but can you please please make me a sandwich without bacon." I apologized. The lady said if you wanna pay for it then yes. I literally didn't even touch the bag with the food in it, it was still in her hands. I was not the only one that ordered the chicken sandwich. There were many ppl in line that were waiting for their chicken sandwich. I am just appalled by the lack of customer service. I don't know why she couldn't just take the box out and give it to someone else. My co workers were all shocked and now we have formed our opinion of this establishment.

I forgot to pack my lunch again and lucky for me the go go truck was outside. I was really stuck on deciding what to order. The go go fried chicken sandwich was tempting, but sounded a little too spicy for me. I ended up ordering the fried chicken bahn mi sandwich. Ari, the sweet cashier who took my order was wonderful. She gave me all of her recommendations and overall gave off really sweet positive energy. Ari did not warn me that this would be one of the best sandwiches ever. The fried chicken was a thin, crispy, juicy masterpiece! The sauce on the chicken was a homemade chili sauce with soy/garlic/chili flavor. This sauce was incredible! It's sticky and sweet and spicy. They put a cilantro aioli and carrot cucumber slaw on top of the sandwich and everything came together so well. The crunch from the carrots and cucumber were a perfectly added touch. The French roll the sandwich was on was delicious. It had a perfect crunch factor and let all the flavors on the sandwich stand out. My friend got a tri tip sandwich and told me I needed to try it. After trying it, I'm convinced any sandwich choice you make from here is going to be a good one. Perfectly cooked tri tip with a nice kick from the horseradish. I will order this for myself next time. They are putting out some real deal food from this tiny food truck. Small food truck, big flavors. I loved how great their time management was. My food was ready within 10 minutes. They were really mindful that a lot of us were on our lunch breaks. If you see this truck, definitely give it a try. Great food and great people.

So bummed I didn't get pictures of the food! But I enjoyed this place a lot and wanted to drop a quick review. Ordered the Bacon Ranch Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Tri-Tip Sandwich. Both packed some serious flavor and aesthetically could have been plated in a dine-in restaurant. Given that it's a food truck, it's hard to comment on the service. The cashier was friendly enough. The only two things that were bummers were that the sandwiches came solo, no sides included which given the price ($15/$14) a little something would've been appreciated. And the tri-tip portion was lacking. Nonetheless I'd recommend giving them a try!

A coworker brought in their Polenta bowl with Brussel Sprouts, Pomegranate Seeds, Bacon and Walnuts and I almost stuck my nose in their bowl, luckily I stopped. So I went to grab one, it was amazing. I wasn't able to finish the bowl it was so generous. The different textures and flavors went really well together.Definitely will be back...especially if they come back around the office.Their service is friendly and they helped me play an innocent prank on a coworker! So I hope I can support their business further.(PS. I wanted to post a picture of the bowl, but I ate it first and then thought about that.)

Another food truck experience sponsored by my place of employment and they came to feed to the whole company.I saw the breakfast menu when they pulled up, but we were getting the lunch menu. I wish we had gotten the breakfast instead.The people on the truck were very nice and friendly, and I like the green color of the truck.I got the fried chicken banh mi and potato salad. It was good but not my favorite and I would not get it again.The potato salad had a stronger flavor than I am used to for potato salad so not my favorite.The French roll for the sandwich was ok, not a huge fan of all the carrots, the cucumbers, the aioli or the sweet chili sauce. It was not bad, just not my thing and I would not get it again.

A bit pricey but excellent quality chicken sandwich. I have had the bacon chicken ranch twice because I forgot that I had had it til after I ordered. I had no regrets. The chicken is big and overhangs the bun and is lightly breaded with a crumb coating that is delightfully crisp. The house made ranch is fresh feeling due to all the herbs and the arugula is a nice addition (I hate lettuce but arugula, heck yeah). The bun is better than average buns too. Altogether a filling and delectable sandwich. I need to try more items but as I have gotten the same thing twice by chance with them at Civita and been blown away both times, I felt I needed to review. Also they were faster than the other food trucks, which was impressive.
