Thanh Son Tofu

Disappointed always.I have been here many years because this is only place I know in San Diego for " Bánh ớt ".The man he always unfriendly. And I don't think he good as customer service.

They had the best Vietnamese egg rolls in town. Call ahead and you could pick them up hot and crispy.

I work down the street and never gave the place a try until today. The vegetarian sandwich was great, def a different twist with fresh tofu and the bread was soft and amazing. Great Ban mi! There vegetarian spring rolls are pretty good as well. Service was good. The place isn't glamorous for sure but deish to say the least. I saw a lot of people coming in and out for their fresh tofu, looks like their supply is limited so I would recommend coming earlier.

Good sandwiches. Get the bbq chicken sandwich. Cubed tofu with mushrooms is legit too. Don't expect the red carpet. I recommend call ahead ordering

I stopped by on a Sunday after church around 10:30am. There wasn't much to choose from. I thought I would give the place a visit since it's last move from El Cajon Blvd. The soy milk were all cold and in the fridge. There was no hot ones outside. And she charged me $3 for that half a gallon. 4 pieces of fried lemon grass or the mushroom tofu were $1. I got $3 for 12 pieces. They tasted old like they were the leftovers from a night before. I regretted that. I should've stick with Tan Dinh Tofu.

Great banh mi sandwiches and egg rolls. I enjoy bringing a sandwich over to Colina del sol park and hanging out underneath the shade of trees. Thanks Thanh Son Tofu!
