First time trying this place and loved it!Customer service was great, teas tasted really good and has board games to play with friends and family. Also had takoyaki delicious :)Definitely recommend this place!

TeaTown off of Morena has consistently made decent bubble & fruit tea. They currently offer a free house coffee special between 2-5pm, Doordash delivery/pickup, and online orders. There is an all gender restroom, one kiosk, K-pop music, and friendly service. The interior decor is cute with four 4-top tables, a lounge seat and couple two chair small tables. I'd recommend for a pickup or catching a nice treat with a friend!

Pretty decent bubble tea! Strong tea flavor which is always fantastic. The boba is a bit hard which is why I take off a star. I got the regular black milk tea here.Staff was really friendly and it was quiet when I came. There wasn't a lot of people.They're running a 10% off for students and a coupon for a free bubble tea if you check in on yelp.

After hanging out at Mission Bay Park for several hours, we were parched and wanted something cold to drink. We found this gem about 7 mins drive from where we were and decided to try it out. It's a cute little place and you can hangout and play games as well. If you check-in through Yelp, you get one free topping to go with your drink. We got 2 lychee green teas with lychee jelly, a strawberry smoothie and the TeaTown's Fruit Tea with lychee jelly. Drinks were pretty good and not overly sweet like other spots. You also have the option to adjust the sugar level. I highly recommend the TeaTown'd Fruit Tea drink! An added bonus, if you come here between 2pm-5pm, ask for their free house coffee to try. It's super good and has a salted cheese foam on top! Definitely a great place to check out if you are around the area.

I got lychee green tea with lychee jelly. It was good. Not my favorite boba place but it was refreshing. Quick service

What a cute atmosphere! Good drinks, delicious popcorn chicken, and amazing decor. Such a lovely boba shop, and the fruit tea was good!- great place to work, Has wifi & outlets at at least half the tables- total of 3 tables of 2 + 4 tables of 4 - Music is not invasively loud, but is definitely louder if you sit under the TV- Located in strip mall in same area as Arrive Mission Valley (which has its own designated parking area)- parking: Shares parking lot with other businesses like Subway but there is enough retail parking spaces to go around Got the:1. Tea Town fresh fruit tea, 75% sweet with boba- pretty delish, would get again 2. Popcorn chicken, medium spicy (10/10) - was surprisingly nice and spicy, it had a great kick for being medium spicy- came with sweet & sour sauce- nice & crispy, definitely recommendTLDR: great place to hang out or to work. Awesome ambiance just come!

I don't want to leave a lower review because this is a new business and I'd like to see them succeed, but I think there are a few areas they could improve in.Today I had the strawberry yogurt smoothie and my husband had the taro smoothie. Overall the strawberry yogurt smoothie was good, but I think the flavor could be a lot stronger. It tasted a bit watered down because I think there's too much ice blended into it. Towards the end of my drink, there were large chunks of ice that weren't blended completely. I think smoothie type drinks should be smooth and the ice should be fully incorporated. Overall, a stronger yogurt taste and less ice would improve this drink. My husband said that his taro smoothie was good. The service is friendly, and there are a lot more seats inside compared to back when this location used to be Tan-cha, making it a better environment to sit and hang out if that's your thing.

We came for their grand opening BOGO free special and service was super friendly. The discount applied to toppings too which was cool. We ordered the roasted oolong milk tea with boba, matcha green milk tea with boba, crème brûlée matcha, and chocolate cheese and Oreo.The matcha green milk tea and roasted oolong milk teas were decently strong in flavor. Although the boba had a nice soft chewy texture, the boba was lacking in flavor.Chocolate cheese & Oreo was just okay and probably not worth getting again due to the higher price. Crème brûlée matcha had so much cream and salted cheese so it's a good value and yummy... but don't get this if you're expecting strong matcha flavor. It was very faint.Parking here can be a little challenging as the lot is very busy, but overall not too bad.

This suite at the Shops at Arrive Mission Valley has become a revolving door. TeaTown is now the third boba tea shop to have conducted business here within the last six months or so. They are currently in a soft opening phase with a buy one, get one free promotion on all of their drinks. The inside decor remained mostly the same with a little more faux greenery added. Seating was limited to a few small tables that could hold around a dozen customers.A one-page menu sheet was available at the service counter. There were six categories of drinks along with three savory snacks. I chose a White Peach Oolong Tea with boba pearls and less ice. At the time of my visit, the BOGO free promotion was not happening yet. Instead, the boba topping was complimentary. If I had time, then I would have asked for a remake of my tea because the sweetness was off even though it was at a regular 100% level. The oolong tea flavor was not very prominent either.While the service was good and the prices were reasonable, perhaps I received a subpar brew for my drink. Unfortunately, I had to give a rating that was less than four stars for my initial visit to TeaTown in the Linda Vista neighborhood.

Cute decor. Good service and drink. They have board games while you wait for your drinks. They have music and music videos to pass the time while you wait for your drinks. Parking lot is pretty small and tight but we got lucky and found one right in front of the store.
