Tea Monks

Tea Monk is located inside the North County Mall's dining court. It's easy to locate and there are plenty of parking spaces at the mall parking lot. Since it is located in the dining hall, there are plenty of seating areas as well.I tried the 33 oz mango strawberry tea without the boba. They had 3 different sizes of drink which is surprising to see since most places only do 2, mainly the regular and large. But not here. I bought the 33 oz and it is perfect for sharing! The tea is very refreshing! Its not too sweet and they put a reasonable amount of ice too. The strawberry ice cream is a bit smaller than expected, but it is pretty good, we got the strawberry flavored ice cream and it is sandwiched with a green macaron cookies. The service here is pretty good, the girl that helped me at the cashier was pretty friendly and efficient at her job. The ambiance is consistent of any food court, very casual, lots of space to sit and hang out.

A great place in the mall to get a unique boba and or tea. I got the taro milk tea and it's a nice mix of sweet and creamy. I only want one person making my teas when I go there and his name is Caleb. He's funny and knowledgeable; I have never had to return a drink when he makes it.

I was at North County Mall and wanted to grab some dinner at the food court. I saw Tea Monks and couldn't pass up an opportunity to try a new boba spot.I ordered the Zen Thai Milk Tea. It wasn't prepared as quickly as I thought, especially with it being just me another person there but it was fine. Overall the drink was just okay. It wasn't bad but wasn't anything crazy either. Possibly tasted a little watered down. It is nice that there's a boba place at the mall now if you're craving some while shopping. Though I personally would wait to grab some elsewhere.

Fast service. Tasty drinks. Refreshing. Relaxing in the shopping mall drinking up my mango lychee milk tea. The iced coconut taro was ok too.

I haven't really try any boba tea cause (1) I was working in FB all the time (2) I just came back from a boba tea country ..... I think I'm lack of information myself about boba tea here ........ the picture catch my eyes and we order these two drinks , they are OK , not any surprises, the boba with my tea was a little overcook , oh the surprise was these two drinks cost me $16 !!!! OMG !!!!

Went here on a Saturday late afternoon and the service was quick. The drinks were pretty good. Prices seemed reasonable compared to other boba places. Would definitely come back when I'm in the mood for boba.

Not bad for mall boba, cost just a little more for the larger size. conveniently located in the food court for your boba cravings.

I usually hang out for my boba teas in central San Diego, I was happy to find this spot when I went shopping at the North County Mall. I was pleasantly surprised to see different flavors I've never heard of before so my friend I tried some of them. We tried the Mango Lychee Milk Tea and the Green Thai Tea!Both of them were absolutely delish. However, I tried my lychee milk tea with the balls and didn't really like them as I thought I would. Boba balls are always best when ordering bubble tea! If you're here reading this review, what are you waiting for? Try it out.

I love how this plays offers different flavors of boba. My boyfriend and I always get the boba here and it is bussin. I'm in love with this company!!! Alex Andra and calandrina are soooo nice, they are the best employeeess!!!!

Absolutely horrible taste. I had a mocha tea with boba, it's so unevenly mixed, the drink tased warm and cold at the same time. And there's also a little sour taste from something they added. A small drink is $6+, waste of money.
