Taco Azul

The fish taco was good, the food came out fast.We just finished hiking and stumbled upon this place hoping for the best and glad we ordered. The service was good. And the place was very chill.

I've been here a couple of times. The carne asada fries are a decent size. Once the fries were soggy, the other time they were nice and crispy. It's weird their menu is up and says cash price. So you don't exactly know what it cost with a card till you are being rang up. Super small place, best to take it to-go. Parking is bad.

The fish tacos used to be 2 for $3 but now it's 2 for $4! The street tacos have increased to $1.50 each now aswell. Still a bargain and the food is good. I am a little sad about the price increase and there seems to be a lack of quality control on the salsa. When I made an order, we got a bunch of salsa verde (my favorite) but it came out gelatinized (like jello???) and it freaked out the people I got the tacos for. The flavor was fine but the jello like salsa was off putting

The chef here deserves a Michelin Star , Tacos Azul is legit!!! Chorizo burrito was perfect, huge and probably the best we're had! The chilaquiles burrito (secret menu) is another level of perfection. I recommend Tacos Azul !!!!!

Now If I give 5 stars it means something The staff is friendly and very welcoming. The portions sizes are huge. Dont get caught up by the prices cause it well worth it! The half carne asada fries are a good size made fresh to order. The meat was seasoned to perfection and came as seen below. The bowl for 12.95 was filled to the top. They are not skimpy with the meat either The seating area is small but can accommodate 4 tables with 3 chiars and a window long bar like table that can seat 4. This is a perfect place to get food and enjoy a dinner date at Flinn Springs County Park down the street (hidden gem) just 3.00 to park but makes for a perfect date, kids out, or a romantic dunner date by the running creek. Two for one review definitely check this place out!!

Some of the best tacos in sunny San Diego! The flavor isn't just absolutely amazing but the service as well!! It's a classic small taco shop with tables inside too if you feel like eating there. Reminds me of tacos from Mexico I use to get as a kid!

I've been wanting to visit this Taco Shop in East County for some time now. They offer a great breakfast special in the morning. A $5 breakfast burrito which comes with you protein of choice, eggs, cheese, and fries. I was told potatoes initially, but not fries. I would have axed the fries if I had known that. I prefer regular potatoes, not French fries, in my burritos. I removed the most I could.At any rate, the burrito was of good size and tasty. It came with a very good amount of eggs and chopped ham. Both were very tasty. They used a good quality flour tortilla and offered good hot sauces too. It was quite filling. I do which however, that they would use real chopped potatoes in their burritos instead of French fries, but that just me. The service was very nice. The young lady at the counter was very nice and informative. The place offers a few tables on the inside. No outside seating.

I had been hearing about this place for quite some time and decided to give it a try after all you can't beat their street taco prices. I was not disappointed, the tacos are tasty and they serve them with plenty of meat and condiments. These have to be the most inexpensive tacos I've seen in San Diego. I will be back to try their blue corn tortilla tacos.

Wow! The food was amazing very clean. Good service. I really loved how the food was seasoned and the portions and prices were on point. Super excited for this new joint.

This place is a legit small taco shop in blossom valley . They off an amazing bargain of 99 cent street tacos . You can pick any of their meats . These tacos are small , but packed with flavor. I've tried everyone of the meats and they all are delicious! I've also had a half order of their Al pastor fries . You can't go wrong when ordering them . Such a great value and also delicious. I love their avocado salsa . It's amazing !! Their red salsa is really good too . The young lady taking the orders is very friendly and also makes sure my order is correct . I highly recommend this taco shop .
