Sonora Steak Asadero

We initially wanted to check out next door seafood truck but meanwhile we wanted give it a try to Sonora Steak Asadero food truck. I am glad that we tried their Carne asada torta. Reasonable price. Meat they used in torta is flavorful, combine and seasoned with some spices. Bread is fresh and toasted which is must for torta in my opinion. We will definitely go back and try other things they do have in their menu.

The tacos are way over priced, I had to ask twice 3.50 for a taco , the taco wasn't even that great , save your money .

Delicious eats! The Tacos were tasty and the Onion was incredibly sweet and added a good flavor.The Quesadilla was very flavorful as well. Well packaged for To-Go!

Handmade tortillas! Tried their delicious vegan tacos loaded with depths of fresh flavor. Due to covid they wrap everything to go covered which is super convenient when picking up for a group. Planning to return and trying their lamb tacos.

Wow now this is a burrito! Steak is very good but the Al pastor is phenomenal! Get some!

We had the Sonora tacos at Socal Tacofest. I got the birria style steak taco and it was great. I would like to go to the main storefront

Hands Down BOMB veggie tacos! Drove around looking for food in South Park and found this truck in the target parking lot. Flavor party in your mouth is on level 100. Tacos are filling and a really good size. The salsa adds the perfect spice . I will be coming back here as often as I can !

I'm from Vegas and was looking for a taco truck before I head back down here. I needed to go to target and stumbled upon this truck. They have handmade tortillas and pack the taco with enough meat. The price isn't bad either and overall the presentation and the taste was so good! If I ever come back down to San Diego I hope this taco truck is still out there.

I don't understand the 2 previous reviews. I have eaten at the truck 3 times and all I can say is I crave their food! The Mexican quesadilla is made with fresh avocado, cilantro, pinto beans, onions, with a sprinkling of cheese, and perfectly seasoned steak tips on freshly made tortillas. There is nothing not to like! I see the lines for Marisco's. I love Marisco's. But once in a while you need meat. And Sonora is the place to get it. Give them a try!

Excellent food, tortillas are fresh, meat cooked per order, vegetables excellent, salsa delicious, presentation as good as the food. I usually don't eat at Mexican style food trucks. Well I am very happy I made the decision. 5 stars,,,,,
