Seaport Fudge Factory

Tried the rocky road fudge, it was good, 8/10! My husband tried the frozen chocolate dipped cheesecake slice on a stick he said it was 9/10!

What the Fudge factory lol Stale churros, flavorless water-like fizz in my Dole Float, oof! Sure it's a convenient spot to get treats since it's in the heart of the port, but these two items just didn't do it for me.Outside seating, but it can get overly crowded. Place is chill though. The only sweet thing about this place are the ladies taking/making orders. They were so kind and genuine with their smiles. Thank you!

After spending $40 on ice cream for a bunch of kids - and giving the guy that helped us a 20% tip, for takeout ice cream - one of the kids' cones was melting all over her hand. I asked for a cup to put the cone in. They said that they would have to charge me a dollar for the empty cup. I explained that it was for a little kid; I pointed out how much business I had just given them; I spoke to a manager. They wouldn't budge. Needless to say, this is deeply incompetent business. As a local who lives nearby in Little Italy, I have made it my mission to tell all of our visiting friends and family - and everyone I meet - to never, ever patronize this place. This is a place designed to rip off tourists at any cost, with no regard at all for customer experience or return visits. To top it all off, the ice cream is truly mediocre. Avoid at all costs! I should have figured out how to do a chargeback on the tip, really.

Stopped to try a square of fudge and some chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Definitely overpriced, but it's seaport village, everything will be. The staff heated my cookies but she overheated them on accident and they were a gooey mess haha. She acknowledged that she did and said they should be even more delicious- but they were difficult to eat this way and she probably should've offered to replace them or refund them. But I ate them and enjoyed them anyway

First and foremost if you see a bunch of bird poop near this place...don't sit there because you will get pooped on and it will likely end up on your ice cream, etc. but it's good luck as they say so do with this what you will.Straight to the point now that that's out of the way. Go. Enjoy! Skip the trendy ice cream next door and enjoy this spot.

I like coming here cause my kids like it. They never finish the cones but it's cute to take pictures. When I came here last year they had spiderman cones, this time, its pikachu. It's pretty pricey. I paid about $13 for the cone & swirl of vanilla/chocolate. The cone itself is really sweet, the ice cream is really light in flavor. The cone broke from being soggy and everything was a mess to eat. I'll still come back cause the customer service is great this time around. Friendly lady. And cute cones. I hope they don't stop making it. The surrounding is really nice, you can grab ice cream and head over to the waters and eat it. Romantic area.

VEGAN DOLE SOFT SERVE(4 stars)Who knew?! They serve dole whip and dole soft serve. Overpriced... yet delicious.PineappleMangoCherryWatermelonWATERMELON ($9) - It stood out the most to me and summer time fine always brings out the watermelon flavor. Went for a small and the price was a big pricy for what you get. But nothing beats sunshine, dole soft serve, and the waterfront. The watermelon hit just right, you can taste the watermelon but it wasn't that overpowering syrupy watermelon taste. I may need to try and mix this with the vanilla next time. I'd def come by again but it's not a crave and not a rush to come back.

owners Shabnam and previously her sister Shirin. They did a wonderful job on our first order of caramel apples back in 2005 for our wedding. Come back 24 years later to order again... this time for my wife's graduation party tomorrow 5/26/2024 Doctor of Pharmacy. Thank you guys and staff for such great customer service!

I placed my order ($56) thinking I am ordering from Ben & Jeri(right next to it) and stepped back to wait for the order. I immediately (less than 30 seconds after ordering) noticed I made a mistake and asked one of the people serving that I have made a mistake... he said no problem, go to cashier and she'll refund me... I asked him to alert the staff to make sure they are not making my order. Then he told me to go around the store to process the refund. When I went there, the manager told me it is too late and the order has been made.... A big lie.... I told her they haven't made my order yet but she proceeded to the back of store.... I waited there for another 5 minutes and watched them making my order. ... not sure where she learned customer service but this is not a good customer service! ... by the way neither me, my wife nor my children had more than a few spoons... $56 down the trash can!

went here the other day to get ice cream. I got recommended the dole bowl and dole float with pineapple and watermelon. super delicious!! 10/10 would recommend. the cashier was super friendly to me even though I wasn't sure on what to order she helped me out on deciding what to get full filing my expectations and bonus point for the bay walk being right around the corner to them.
