Quantum Brewing

My husband and I came in after dinner at Shogun. Short walk over. Nice variety of beers and a chill place to hang out. Sports on TVs, mini and full size Ring Game and elbow room. Owner was the bartender- super nice fellow. We had the Red Velvet, 650 Nanometers and Singularity Stout- lovely.

Super disappointed in this business. We were visiting last weekend from Arizona... drove all the way down from Huntington to go to San Diego. One of the things on our list was a Groupon I purchased for Quantum Brewing. Checked the hours the previous day for Sunday, was expected to open at 1pm, so we drove all the way out there from Oceanside. Nothing. Nobody was there, no sign on the door. Just total disappointment! Tried calling several times & only got the voicemail. I will never be back and I will never recommend this place. Get yourselves together and update your website if you still want patrons!

Love to visit local breweries and glad I stopped in here! The owner/bartender, Martin, was super cool to strike up conversation and also has an interesting background! He gave up 26 years in the biotech industry to do something he enjoys. Ordered a flight of light beers to and ended up with two growlers (one Quantum Creamin' and the other Singularity Stout.I was actually in the shopping center to meet family at the Pho place a few doors down, but since I was an hour early I decided to check out Quantum Brewing. The even cooler part is we were able to take our growlers to the restaurant! Martin is also open to having folks order from the food places and eat at his bar. Such a nice and supportive community. We will definitely be back!I'll keep bringing new people to frequent your place, Martin! Thank you!

I got along with Martin the head brewer and owner right away, and it's not just because we both like beer. We quickly bonded because he was also a biochemist - and he shows off his nerdy knowledge by naming all his beers after various scientific terminologies! Quantum brewing also has trivia on Tuesdays, which we showed up one time and had a blast. By the way, our team the Drunken -thons won 1st place that day - and we were rewarded with Quantum pint glasses. What can we say? Nerds kick ass and drink hard. After drinking, I highly recommend rehydrating your body with something soupy. Fortunately, Phở Duyên Mai is a few doors down. I've been hitting up both places in combination for a few times now, hope you enjoy it as well.

Cool spot .. no food offered at the brewery itself but there is plenty of it around. It's just one guy serving I think he's the owner of the establishment. There's board games. & cold beer don't forget the blueberry pie .. pictures here.

Service was fine. Atmosphere was like a dirty dive bar, not welcoming, not San Diego, bad lighting, beer was disgusting, lacked carbonation, and made our stomach hurt. Don't waste your time or your Groupon.

Great range of beers! Love a stout and a sour. And lots of food choices next door too!

We visit some of the other restaurants in the same complex and finally tried this place out. They had some interesting beer flavors (red velvet) and plenty of seating seating. The bartender was nice and friendly as well.Parking has never been a problem here, there is a lot in the front and some parking in the back of the brewery in an adjacent lot.We ordered take out from a restaurant next door and brought it in to eat with our beers.Dogs are welcome here, we brought our Frenchie puppy and we all had a great time.

We came here after dinner. It's a cute small brewery. The bartender was really nice and helpful. They have variety of games, indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly as well. Very generous serving of flights.

This place is great! Really tasty beers and knowledgeable owner. Lots of board games and cool chalk art on the wall. Great hang out spot, I recommend!
