Popeyes Louisiana kitchen on broadway I lover their biscuits Service was ok the ambiance was good it's always clean in this location..Would I go there again? Yes

Ordered through the app, 2 hours before closing. When I got there 15 minutes after I ordered they said they had run out of Everything and that we needed to cancel the order and ask for a refund.Which is rediculous they said they can't refund anything because it's online so I had to wait for a refund.When I asked what was actually out of stock she said there's no more chicken, just tenders and when I said that would be ok she said she didn't have enough to complete an order of 10. Again this runaround was the Worst experience ever. Next time I did go to give them the benefit of the doubt, they gave me chicken so salty. Even the dogs wouldn't eat it.

To be fair, this location has not been open for very long. However, I will make an updated review in a few months. As of now this is my review.What was great:-Very Clean-Restrooms were very clean and locked with code-plenty of parkingWhat wasn't so great:- I ordered ahead and food still wasn't ready by arrival -lots of works and ordered in general were taking a long time-I ordered to go and there was no napkin, no utensils for items that needed it, and missing food item. I will come back in a few months and hopefully it gets better

We placed an order for pick up through the app. They had 20 minutes to pack the order from the time I placed the order to the moment I went to go pick it up. The lady was packing our order when we got there. We saw how they prepped the wings. Just throwing the dry wings in the to go container and then dumping wing sauce in the container and then shaking it. How is that going to evenly distribute the sauce?!?They were running out of chicken. The other cashier asked if he should begin giving the guests chicken wings instead. The lady didn't have a response for him. She called my name and I checked the order before we left. Our order was still missing the fries and Dr.Pepper. When I told her about the fries she said, "The fries are going to be in a paper bag, let me show you." There was no fries in our bag. Haha. The fries were still sitting on the prep counter where she had been putting my order together. Also the Dr Pepper when she gave it to me it was 3/4 full. The order was also missing honey. This place does a great job of missing order notes. The food was cold. The fries were old. My partner and I both woke up this morning with stomach pains. Enough to have us stay in the restroom for a bit. We won't be going to this location again.

EMPLOYEE " ANDREA IS THE BEST! "I've been to this place 4 times now and let me tell you. Andrea the cashier is the most kind and respectful employee EVER! the vibe she gives from the moment she greets you is so refreshing, having someone who cares about their job and takes it seriously is just amazing. She is an asset to this place. Seriously she made me wanna come back with her awesome attitude. Best ever! Thank you Andrea you're truly one of a kind. I have 2 Popeyes that are closer to me. I don't like going to because of bad Customer service. This place has always been good to me. Good food stellar customer service. Everyone here is always good to you. Obviously don't go in there demanding service and shouting. The longest I've spent in a drive thru it took 30 min. And they still got my order wrong. worst service. The employee told me she would throw in a nugget. Woopdie woo. The chicken was salty and the biscuit was overcooked. Just awful, everything about the experience was terrible. Never going there again

I ordered through the drive through. Service was great! Chicken was tasty and crunchy and the fries were excellent! I am happy

I wanted junk food. And Popeye's can be the right place. But only with the $6 dollar big box. Otherwise the price of food value does not match. Two hot pieces of chicken, biscuit and two sides. This special is only a few times throughout the year. The ambience is bright with good space. I particularly like their vent system because you don't smell like chicken when you're walking in or when you're leaving. JOB is a stellar employee. He is easy on the eyes and should be a Popeye's spokes tv person. His personality is WOW! He scans across the customers, asks specific questions about your order needs, multi-tasks as a cashier, greeter, and displays pleasantries, all behind the cashier counter. And you can tell he is dynamic like this organically. His parents named him rightly. But JOB, don't be too loyal to Popeye's if you're not being promoted.I was the third customer in line. From order to mouth it was 9 minutes. What's really cool is that I noticed the ADA height table with chairs. And 3 minutes later a customer in a wheelchair said aloud, "Look, mom I get to sit at the table for wheelchairs." Winning.Previous YELP reviews mentioned no ice. There is a self-serve soda machine and the ice is still nonexistent. This could be a problem if it's crowded indoors because the counter employees will have to service the customer unnecessarily. Not time efficient.I remember when this building started and I am really impressed by how they constructed the parking and drive-thru to not impact the heavy traffic on Broadway or Fourth Avenue.And today I learned Popeye's has strawberry jam. And, I devoured the "on the cusp bland food." If Popeye's is your thing, then you'll like it here. Several food delivery options, payment options, walk-in, drive thru and only indoor seating."Then Job answered the Lord and said: I know that you can do all things, and that no purpose of yours can be thwarted." Be purposeful with your service.mmm

The girl at the drive through is very Rude (on the recipe it says her name is Kavian). There has been multiple times where I've had missing items.Also, when she has your food for you, you are the one reaching into her to get it because she does not extend her hand, and is always giving dirty looks and rolling her eyes.

The food took 45 minutes to get and even then the biscuits were not done, a family after us showed up 30 main items after we did and received their food in 15 minutes. When I asked for a refund, the cashier only refunded us the food and not the two drinks and we did not get an apology from the manager. The entire place was filthy and the floor was greasy. never go there if you want to get disappointed, the manager didn't even give us a receipt as if he knew it was not going to end well. Never going there and would never recommend it.
