Pitstop Deli

We were very hungry from a day of driving and stopped in for some lunch. Very impressed by their strawberry smoothie and bagel sandwiches (generous portions, quality meat/veggies). Also, they had a clean and equipped restroom. Highly recommended.

Pitstop Deli in Campo is the newest sandwich shop Deli in the east county , I had stopped in and ordered a great classic Turkey cheese and veggie topping sub. The sandwich was well made and condiments were just right. The deli was new , menu large and a big selection of bottled drinks and a Stubborn fountain for delicious sodas. If your out for a day trip from afar make sure you stop by the Pitstop deli and say Hi to the owner Lawrence. This place rivals and San Diego Deli hands down! Delicious , clean safe and modern.

I've had t h e same sandwich most of the time. The "Boss" is my favorite. I really need to try different ones.

Large portions and very good quality ingredients. Very impressed for the value, quality, and flavor. Mom and pop place too which adds to the experience. Grab a bite--you'll be glad you did!

We were camping at the lake Morena and decided to try the Pitstop Deli. We are glad we did. The sandwiches were really good. From the bread choices to the meats and veggies. We will definitely stop in again.

Our visit was recommended by a Campo resident, (thank you Mary). I have always love "Boar's Head" products but not only was the meats and cheeses good so was the service. Worth the drive from Descanso area to Campo, and with the ambiance that included both the Sheriffs dept and the Border Patrol how could you not feel like you were in the right place. Thank you for the great service and food.We'll be back!

Been here 4 times already, each time the sandwiches were tasty, fresh and well made. Always happy with my visit. This deli is a great place to stop after a long motorcycle ride or drive, get gas at the Sinclair station in the same location. There is only one other deli in the area, and this one is just as high quality but a bit more affordable.Only negative I can think of is they don't serve fried items like French fries, but the large sandwich variety and good mix of fountain drinks and chips makes up for it. Nice clean location, great service, tasty food, TV always on showing a movie and nice restroom open to the public, what else can you ask for?

First time here. Initial impression it was very clean and smelled amazing! I ordered the fruit cup (large size and fresh ) and turkey bacon avocado sandwich with some chips. It was so good and fresh I ate it all before I could take a photo of the sandwich. Will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu.

i was in the area last month for work and stopped by for lunch. It's been so long, but i'll never forget how perfect my sandwich was. i ordered the turkey, bacon, and avacodo with works. i live an hour away, but i plan on trying out more of the menu soon c:

This was the finest sub I have ever had!!!!Full thick sandwich,Boarshead meat,delicious baked rolls.Great variety of subs for everyone.The service was amazing...friendly,helpfulIf this business expands ,I want in on the investment.Far better than any thing offered by Subway,Jimmy Johns,Jersey Mikes and Firehouse.Great job and continued successful
