All three categories get high reviews today! What a great find here in National CIty! The Pho soups (we had shrimp and steak) were fresh hot and delish. The waiter took extra time to explain exactly each food item before we made our decision and was most accommodating in making sure we gotexactly what would make our meal perfect. Although the restaurant was small, I felt the decorations (especially around the Chinese New Year) createda nice ambiance. There was another category which is not listed and that is "going the extra mile" - when our friend forgot his credit card, the owner waskind enough to run it out to our car, which was just about to go through the green light across the street to make a left turn; to hand it to him! We will certainly be back to enjoy another wonderful experience - perhaps with a little less drama....

This place tends to not bring you some of what you ordered so you have to re-order it but aside from that everything tastes very good. It's quite small inside, but never too packed so it feels comfortable.

This is always my to go to place for Pho and spring rolls, My husband knows that whenever I crave for a soup, we'll go here or other via grab, the employees there are nice and will welcome you instantly upon entering, tho there are time that they'll leave some side veggies whenever I order online so I always make sure to leave a note not to forget those! Haha

Let me tell you why I give 5 stars. The bread for the Bahn mi. Ive gone to waay to many places in San Diego that give you stale bread. Here they seem to toast it on the spot to maximize crispyness.Second, the broth for the pho actually has flavor, unlike most places ive been too.Third, good thai iced coffee. ( i do not personally like their boba) so its perfect without it for me.4th very reasonable prices considering the affects of post pandemic.

This time they forgot to serve us our appetizer when we dined in. When I ordered from Doordash a few weeks ago, they forgot the veggies for the Pho that I ordered. About 2 months ago, it took about 30 minutes to get our takeout order, while people kept on coming in to dine in and they got their orders before us. These 2 dine in experience happened when the lady wasn't in the restaurant. She might be the owner of this place. Food was good though.

I ordered the S10 Banh Mi BBQ pork and the c4 grilled chicken rice dish with an additional steamed veggies for delivery. I have never seen a sandwich so damn empty. At first when i pulled the banh mi out the bag i thought it was completely empty until i opened it. I look at my rice plate and barely any meat as well and no steamed veggies. Look at this bs. Now i gotta pull the random pieces of chicken from my rice plate to make a complete sandwich. Or pull the pork and veggies to my rice to have a complete plate. For 43 dollars. F---Off
