Pho Minh

Go to spot in PB for Pho! Fast, well priced and yummy! Egg rolls and chicken wings are a must!

This place is one of my favorites in PB, very small and quaint though the food is always to die for. Highly suggest!

Great hole in the wall! There is no bathroom available for public use. Recommend the rare steak and brisket pho. So good with the bean sprouts, basil, lime and jalapeño. Get the large cause it's just $1 more and you'll end up wanting it.

A cute little place..I have known about pho Minh for a long time and just got a chance to try now. It's a cute little place, probably can fit 15 people at most but my friend counted 20 chairs. It's a quintessential mom and pop local joint and we really wanted to like it. The food was just ok though. Perfectly fine pho but you can definitely find something better without having to try very hard. We had pork spring rolls, chicken pho and rare steak pho. The spring rolls came with nuoc cham which I thought was weird since most places serve different sauces for spring rolls. Regardless, spring rolls were solid, no complain but nothing to write home about whether. Same goes for the pho bowls. Solid but nothing to write home about. One thing that's quite different from other pho places is that, instead of bottles of hoisin sauce and sriracha sauce, they have them in packets. Probably due to the fact that most of their business is from takeouts. The fact that this place is a charming mom and pop place, we really wanted to like it. We won't mind coming back but considering that there are many better pho places around, most likely we won't get to come back here.

Pho is legit with plenty of veggies and fresh peppers. Soup was also served piping hot. The place is very small but the food and people make it a worthwhile visit.

My favorite!!! This is the best grilled pork and rice noodle dish I've had (besides my mom's of course ;)) but for real, Pho Minh packs this plate with veggies. It's amazing how fresh the meat and veggies are. The meat doesn't taste like it has been double cooked like how most Vietnamese restaurants do it's and it's juicy and not dried out. The portions are big. I think about this meal once a week. I highly recommend this place!

Filet Mignon pho. The broth is delicate and flavorful. The addition of the basil and jalapeño add even more spicy notes. I appreciate the meat is tender. They were extremely busy with takeout and my server was still very attentative and friendly. I'm grateful for such effort in service to please so many customers. I will definitely come again!

Tiny restaurant with good flavors. If your looking for a one stop shop for all things Vietnamese food consider this tiny place. The pho was so good we noticed our neighbor drinking it with his straw lol easy service as the place is so small that the waitstaff easily got us our food and drinks.

Great pho broth and all the meats cook really easily and gently even when taking away. Chicken wings are yummy too!
