Good food, great service. Nice big restaurant with lots of tables/seating. We stopped in after one of our morning soccer games at Southwestern College. I had the veggie pho as it was during lent. The broth was very flavorful. My daughter and husband said the garlic wings and regular pho were delicious as well.The menu is pretty extensive, so I'm sure there's something for everyone if you're not in the mood for soup. It's in a big plaza, so there's plenty of parking.

I went here for a quick bite after I was in the area. I used to come here years ago before Covid, and I forgot how good the food is! I know during Covid they were takeout only but coming back to dine in is such a treat. Food: Bun Bo Hue 5/5 Most pho spots don't have Bun Bo Hue and I've been dying to try it since my Viet friends always recommend it. I finally got it here at Pho Convoy and it was amazing!! All the flavors were spectacular and I highly recommend if you want a little spicy broth. The meats balls with the brisket honestly made my day. Vietnamese Drip Coffee: 5/5 Whenever I eat Pho I crave the coffee and this place just did amazing with the coffee to creamer ratio. Loved!! Service: 5/5 From the moment we sat down and ordered, food arrived in less then 8 minutes!!! So amazing. They seated us right away and there was no wait. I thank our server who was a younger man and he checked up on us multiple times and refilled our water. Ambiance is very casual but honestly coming here for lunch or dinner is a win! Great for families and big groups too as they have numerous seating. If you're craving pho, I think this is the best pho spot in Chula Vista! Definitely coming back

Quality has really gone down since change of ownership. Pho broth lacks any depth anymore. Also I ordered the beef short ribs and half of it was just bones. Hope management realizes trying to cut quality to save money will doom the establishment.

The pho at Pho Convoy Noodle House is delicious, and while it may not be the best I've ever had, it is still very good. In addition to pho, they offer a range of other Vietnamese dishes such as crispy egg rolls, banh mi sandwiches, and rice plates.I ordered a Large #1 combo pho and it was quite tasty. The broth was rich and savory, with a nice balance of spices and flavors. The portion sizes are decent and you'll definitely leave feeling like you've gotten your money's worth. There were good amounts of meats and noodles. The place is not the cleanest or newest but it certainly has its own unique charm. Overall while it's not the kind of pho that will make you want to drop everything and move to Vietnam, Pho Convoy Noodle House is a pretty good lunch spot. You can't go wrong giving this restaurant a try.

Came here for convenience. Pho place close to home. When we're too lazy to drive north for pho, we usually go to another spot in the area but decided to give this place a shot again. There's a private parking lot. Lots of seating inside. We didn't have to wait. Service was good. Food cans out in a timely manner. Food quality could be better. I think we got the special combo pho- broth was ok. Also got chicken wings- not sure what was up with all the onions on it. My husband got a banh mi- again sorry forgot which one as I'm late in posting this. The bang mi was served deconstructed. The bread was really good, appeared fresh and soft in inside. I was disappointed because they only put butter on the bread. Where was the mayo? I had to ask for it and they didn't have any. So I waited until I got home and put the banh mi together myself along w/ mayo and sriracha. They also offer boba drink. My daughter got the mango boba.

We love this place! The food is so good! It has something for everyone in our family, the carnivores and vegetarians can all eat happily. We love their pho and the salted pepper chicken wings are so yummy! It's not like the traditional Chinese wings. But it's super crunchy and flavorful all the same. The staff is also very nice! Waited 60 minutes for in-person take out. They promised me 25-30 minutes after I already paid. I love this place, but I'm not ordering takeout from them on a Sunday. Clearly they are understaffed and overwhelmed by the post-church crowd. They definitely prioritize dine-in over take out when they are busy. I could have eaten sooner if I dragged my family out of the parking lot and dined inside.

I've been coming here for a good ten years, and I can honestly say I still love this restaurant. This family-run restaurant has fresh and high-quality Vietnamese food with consistent good flavor. Though I am not Vietnamese, the food always gives me the feeling of a good and warm, home-cooked meal. My personal favorite is the spicy satay beef fried rice (chef's kiss) or the Pho Bun Bo Hue.The waitresses are attentive and quick to bring out the dishes as soon as they're out. They've also given us good recommendations in the past.Overall the mood is quiet and cozy, and I love that.I really recommend giving this spot a chance!!! I love this place, and I really want others to like it too. Enjoy!
