Part Time Lover

We visited Part Time Lover all the way from Arizona, and after a long and stressful day of travel, we were looking for something special to turn our night around. Enter Kieran, our bartender extraordinaire.From the moment we sat down, Kieran was attentive, welcoming, and truly invested in making our experience memorable. We didn't even need to look at the menu--he took the time to ask about our flavor preferences and then crafted off-the-menu drinks that were nothing short of spectacular. Each cocktail felt like it was tailor-made for us, perfectly balanced and exactly what we needed to unwind.Kieran's talent behind the bar is undeniable, but what really stood out was his warmth and hospitality. He turned what could have been just another night into an immaculate experience that we'll be talking about for a long time.If you're ever in the area, do yourself a favor and ask for Kieran at Part Time Lover. Decor is gorgeous, drinks are deliciously strong, and the vibes here are everything .I finally had the pleasure of stopping by as I've been interested ever since it switched over from the OG pink bar . Upon entering, it's sophisticatedly dark, but once your eyes adjust, the ambiance is beautiful . Theres so much thought and details that went into decorating and I loveeee that ! Theres many couches/chairs for happy hour lounging . The bartenders are fast and super friendly, and love the variety of unique cocktails . Drinks are about around $15, and are totally worth it . Here's what I tried:*Bait & Switch was one of my faves-- very tropical, but still has a punch .*Lovers Rock is for an old fashioned lover ! This was made to be a sipper-- I wouldn't recommend this one if you don't like cherry .Overall, this is a great bar for a chill date night or to hangout with a group of friends . Music was also lively ! Don't forget to check out the record store inside!

My friends and I went on a Friday night with no wait and no cover around 11pm. Parking was pretty easy on the street. Interior was amazing in terms of design and lightning, but very limited seating. It was also packed like sardines so that might have made it seem like there were no seats but definitely still a great spot to hang. There's a record room in the back for display and service was quick, smooth, and easy. Wait was about 5min to order and another 5min for drinks each round. All their drinks were on the stronger side :)9/10 Perpetual motion $14 - FIRE! It is simply an alcoholic strawberry calpico. Sweet, creamy, refreshing. 8/10 Chain Reaction $13 - Solid drink. Peachy and sour 7.5/10 Sway Reduction $12 - Similar to chain reaction just different flavor (grapefruit instead of peach). 6.5/10 Grave Robber $14 - Also grapefruit based but tasted more artificial. I would pass on this if I came back. 7.5/1 Fools Remedy $13 - Their other calpico based drink but with lemon. Pretty good as well but not compared to the strawberry. Still worth a try.6/10 Two Tap $14 - Blue raspberry made it taste very candy like. Almost a jolly rancher drink so I was not into that. Would not reccomend.

I feel like a retro alien sipping on delicious and refreshing cocktails while people watching a diverse crowd in an eclectic elegant space. I also adore that they seem to burn palo santo there religiously.

"All I wanted was a part time lover, everybody feels alone some days" --DabinPart of the reason I wanted to check this bar out was that one of my favorite EDM songs has the same name as this bar. But this bar has its charm outside of that - it doubles up as a record store during the earlier hours of operation and plays Japanese rock / alternative / etc songs when we went and it fits the ambience inside. I got the Grave Robber and Bait and Switch. Grave Robber had the lava salt and is tequila based drink, and the appealing factor was there was oolong. It was refreshing and a nice twist to what would be a margarita. The Bait and Switch is a more complex drink with cachaca, yuzucello, allspice, to name a few, and it's a fruity, kind of tropical drink and it is fairly strong. A nice touch is they have the Part Time Lover stick decor. Both drinks are excellent.If you go earlier, not only can you peruse the record store, but also not need to wait long. We went around 5:30pm and there was no line. The format here is wait in line to get ID check, order at the bar, then choose your seats. It can be chaotic if the bar is busy, especially if you decide to leave the tab open.

We got a couple of cocktail drinks. For how nice the place is, I was expecting the drinks to be more tasty, but was slightly disappointed as it tastes like just any other bar drinks even though it was slightly more expensive. Service was good. Place was packed but we still had space to go get our drinks within minutes. Ambiance was amazing, definitely good for the music. I Shazam almost every song the DJ played because they were all so good. Very mixed group there from college groups to older seniors at the record store.

Hip. Drinks were good. Atmosphere was very mid-century. Integrated record store was a nice surprise.

Do you wanna get a great drink no eats but have a great bath experience is it ! so funny to say but this is a place to go.Dark lounge vibe and the toilet is the hit jajajaj.

Excellent ambiance and space to grab drinks and catch up with friends. Their drinks are great as well. I liked my vodka tonic. I loved the abundance of seating and the cute record shop in the back. It was easy to grab a drink at the bar and find a spot to enjoy. Glad I finally came to check it out!

Me, the hubby and some friends came on a Saturday evening looking for a chill vibe and good music. We found parking around the corner and getting in after going through security was easy. We came around 1030-1040 and At first it was a bit crowded but around 1130 the crowd thinned out and we were felt more comfortable. The DJ played music that was an 80s and R&B vibe which we loved! The hubby and I shared a rye old fashioned (around $15-$16) which was good. Is it weird to say one of my highlights was the bidet in the bathroom!? lol Anywho we stayed for a few hours just enjoying the music and vibes.
