Panda Machi

I just love it here. It's a little bit out of the way for us but we try to go every month or so. Chinese food? Got it! Japanese food? Got it! Sushi? Got it! What more do you need? They almost always have a table available for us every time we come in. The combos are SO worth it! Sushi rolls have yet to disappoint me! If you read my other reviews you'll know I'm big on the Sashimi. Panda machi has a great balance of quality and quantity for sashimi plates, and very fairly priced!

Not many would think to order sushi in Alpine, but this place is a hidden gem!!! The sushi was fresh and amazing. Their deluxe special was four different outstanding rolls. The sushi chef was kind and chatted with us. They have a very clean and friendly place. The Hamachi Nigiri melted like butter in my mouth!

Ask Michelle for the chef's choice sushi roll! She she's you and gives you what she Never left hungry. Never left unloved

Love panda machi. Their orange chicken, pepper chicken, and fried rice are our go to. It's always consistent.

Chinese food and sushi under one roof... huh?This was my first visit after recently moving to Alpine. In a very busy restaurant, the kind lady who greeted me while answering the phone and cashing out a customer allowed me to take the restaurant menu to the car to look over. And what an extensive menu it is! I already knew I wanted sushi and to try something new. I ordered the Pink Lady Roll, made of tuna, salmon, hamachi, and masago, rolled in pink soy paper. I found a new (to me) yummy fish - hamachi! Fresh and tastes of the ocean, it was a delight. The pink soy paper, which I was also new to, wasn't my favorite. That's not the restaurant's fault; it's just a preference, and I missed the roasted seaweed. Well, I tried and found something new! The fried calamari looked frozen because it was in a stick-like form, but it was tender and delicious. Lesson to us all - never let appearances keep you from trying something outside of your comfort zone; you never know what your new favorite you'll find!Note: There's a note on the menu that says its last revision was Aug. 6, 2022. Pretty cool!

Absolutely love Panda Machi! It is such a great hometown restaurant where everyone knows everyone. The staff is great and super friendly. Tu at the sushi bar is especially awesome and will even make regulars custom rolls. We typically get the Panda Machi combo which is a great plate of egg drop soup, side salad, rice, a side, and a pain protein all for $13!!! It is such a good deal, super filling and delicious! I highly recommend!

Great service! Delicious and affordable. Plenty of parking a small shopping plaza. Would definitely be back :)

I love this place so much! We eat here all the time and I just love everything I have eaten here. Had to update my review since I noticed my last one was 7 years ago! Definitely a place for delicious eats in Alpine!

Extensive menu with excellent options. I like how they have a Sushi bar, Chinese food and Boba. I had a salad and really liked their tasty egg drop soup. It wasn't watered down. Then I had the fried rice with Buddha's delight. A delightful mixed veggie with a rangoon and gyoza. I wanted to get a boba but i was too full in a good way. They had TV playing the game and it was a packed place. I know most people don't pay attention but I do. I liked all the music that was playing.Mel MYelp 23:18
