Yes... Another 5-Star!!Matt & Ashley are beyond amazing. Their professionalism, service, and product quality is the industry benchmark. How they manage to operate such a fantastic food truck, turn out epic food choices, and do it all with humility, humor, and a sense of calm is impressive. Mangia Mangia is the real deal. We hope to see you and your team again soon!!! Thanks again.Mark & Tiffany

I saw this cool looking green truck at the Liberty Station Artwalk on Sunday. The menu was intriguing and I had the lasagna sourdough sandwich and brussel sprouts. The sandwich was large, yummy. The brussel sprouts were crispy and tasty.Service is friendly, fast and helpful.

Pretty standard truck. Got the meatball sub, also pretty standard. Portion was just enough. The meatballs were medium sized and lacked a strong sear or bold flavors. Kind of gummy in texture. The sauce was very good but there was too little of it. Give me another meatball, 3x the sauce, wrap the entire thing in foil and send me away needing a stack of napkins.Until that happens I will probably entertain the other options during the Wednesday foodtruck meet downtown.

My work building had them cater for the whole building. It included half a sandwich, chicken with this rice basil thing and some pasta. I chose the chicken with rice basil and a Caesar saladI was not impressed... Chicken had no flavor, and the dish itself. Best thing was the fresh basil. My co workers were also not impressed, they got the sandwich... It's decent but nothing to rave about. If you're craving Italian and you want something quick this may be it... But for the prices I would suck it up and go to a restaurant.

After careful consideration, I picked Mangia Mangia Mobile among the selection of food trucks @ the Beer and Music festival because it seemed the least boring.... tacos and burgers don't always excite me because they're always around (cmon, it's a San Diegan thing). I made the right choice :)-Portabella Burger is A1, buy it and try it (arugula, pesto, portabella mushroom cap, truffle oil, garlic, all that good stuff)-good vegetarian option ^^-very friendly cashier-was on a food truck show on the food network!!

They were at my office complex yesterday for lunch and I can totally understand the high ratings these guys get. The prices are more than fair, food was high quality and my tortellini was a HUGE portion. I split my cannoli with a coworker and it's one of the best I've had. I will definitely order from this one again, and hopefully they will have the fried mozzarella cheese sandwich I see on all the pics next time. It's definitely one of the food truck favorites, and if they come back, I will be there.

My neighborhood does a Food Truck Thursday event once a month and I was really excited to see a new truck listed on our newsletter.I had stalked Mangia Mangia's yelp page and I made a list of dishes my husband and I definitely needed to try. At our Food Truck Thursday, I ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich, the lasagna grilled cheese and a chocolate chip cannoli (don't forget the cannolis). The food came out pretty quickly as I chatted away with neighbors. When I went to pick up my order, I noticed I was given a cheese tortellini and a chicken parm, I kept trying to tell the associate but he made a mistake. He kept reading my ticket saying that those were things I ordered, I show him the food he gave me and finally understands that I got the wrong items. A little annoying but we're human, he passes me the right sandwich and my cannolis along with some foil. I took the food and drove back to our house, I love chicken parm and their chicken parm lacked a lot of flavor, the bread they put it on was plain and really firm, I wish it had been on garlic bread. Bryan liked the lasagna grilled cheese, but it was definitely lacking in the cheese department. The cannoli was probably the best thing, you get 2 for $3 and shell is nice and crunchy and the filling was nicely sweetened. I would not eat here again the value of the food was not up to par and considering that they were on the Food Network, I am a bit disappointed.

We got to try this food truck out during a food truck Friday in Balboa Park and I was not disappointed. There weren't many people at the rodeo when we go there so it was easy for us to look at all of the different options but as soon as I saw the menu here, I knew this was it. They had all of the great Italian classics you would want but I picked a chicken parm sub, garlic fries and pesto fries. Adam and I split the fries. They were so good. The fries were done perfectly and had some great flavor however I would call the pesto fries basil garlic fries over pesto fries because that is pretty much what they were. There needed to be more pesto. The garlic fries were heavenly. The chicken parm sub was superb! It was very large which was great. I was so full after eating it. There was the perfect ratio of sauce to chicken to sub to mozzarella. Paired with the fries it was just amazing. I truly suggest trying this place out. They have some really good food that will seriously fill you. A lot of food trucks charge a lot for not much food and you often don't feel full for the amount of money you spend, but I promise that won't be the case with this food truck! Totally worth it.

So it was between Mangia Mangia, and Devilicious to get my Lobster fix at The Las Vegas Foodie Fest...Devilicious had their Butter Poached Lobster Grilled Cheese and Mangia Mangia had Lobster Raviolis, and both were $12 bucks a pop.I go over to Devilicious and check out what the people say, and see what the finished product looks like...Majority of the people say "its okay, and I even heard people walking away saying "$12 for this!?!?!?!" regretting their purchase for a grilled cheese with skimpy lobster inside.I head over to Mangia Mangia, and the majority of orders coming out are Lobster Raviolis, It smells really good, and all you hear is "Wow!" and OMG!. So I got an order and waited a good minute which is cool with me knowing that all their pasta is made fresh and cooked to order, I will happily wait for good food done right....5 good sized Raviolis covered in a red vodka cream sauce and a piece of garlic was worth the price and wait! Lobster in every bite, and the garlic bread worked as a perfect sponge leaving no survivors behind. Trust me when I tell you that you'll never find anything as good as this at The San Gennaro Feast this weekend-Go to Parma instead. Otherwise you'll be disappointedyou blew $9 on a Sausage and Pepper Sandwich or $10 on Lasagna...Better bring the Pepto!!!....ALOHA!!!YELP 365 CHALLENGE-(232/365) "Ridiculous Raviolis!"

Mangia Burger! Yummy! Came here twice and both times was left content. They are good at making their burgers. Also really like their fries. I just got plain fries though, don't see myself paying no more than 2 bucks for fries. They had some fancy items with their fries for 5 bucks. I passed on that, not worth the price for a sack of potatoes. This food truck comes to my nearby workplace every Friday so it's pretty convenient.Only side problems I have is the price. The price is a little steep for a hamburger but I guess if it's once a week or once in awhile it's okay. Another problem I have is them charging extra for using credit cards..Come on!!! Just cover it on your side, the price of your food items is already priced up more than what it should be in the first place..Don't get their Meat lollipop. Sounded gross in concept already, good thing I didn't give in to my friend's recommendation. They ended up not really liking it at the end :)I'd just recommend their burger, haven't tried their other items. Do bear in mind that price is a little more expensive than what you prefer it to be.
